As a person who has several cats in his home, I can say this product is nowhere as effective as shown in the demo video. It works only when the surface being cleaned is very taut. Also, don't even think of using it on delicate surfaces. The teeth on the cleaner snag with fibres and cause considerable damage. I have threads sticking out on several bed sheets.

The 'blade' side has to be handled gently and used for specific fabrics.. It would be nice if there a guide for the use of both sides.. I had to figure it out.. Though that's not hard to do
