Arms pull out easily
This is a good item however, it is too easy for the cats to pull the arms out of the scratching post. It should’ve been designed where you can screw the arms in (the same way as the base and the top tier)Also, after the first time of use, the balls were detached from the string so I had to tie it together again...it should’ve been thin rope that was used because this string is too weak.Other than that, they love it.

Super cute
Easy to put together. The arms with the pompoms are pretty unstable but not bad overall for the price. My 8 week old, Sailor, was hesitant a few weeks ago but is now having a blast on his pirate ship.

Not for Big cats or big scratchers
At first we loved it and the cats definitely loved it. Although they love any cat tree. We've had it for a few months now. The top little house was extremely difficult to put together and it didn't last. Its two bendable plastic rods that fit into holes at each corner, just like you would a tent. The cats played so much in it that it kept coming apart. The rest of it is fairly sturdy. However, one of my cats has already been able to scratch all through to the base of some of the post. Some very good quality posts I've had and he's not been able to for at least a year. I specifically searched for cat tressbfor large cats and this popped up on the results. It is clearly not designed with the large cat in mind. Mi e range from 12-14lbs. Great for small kittens, but definitely not for large cats, hard playing or big scratchers.

I have a very very small cat and this is very small
My cat is probably the smallest grown cat I have ever seen and he knocked this over within 10 minutes after assembly and ripped the mouse off, seems more like it's for ferrets maybe

Dangling mouse is dangerous....wraps around kittens neck or tail!!!..
WARNING..... My kitten's tail somehow got wrapped around the elastic that dangles the mouse and was hanging upside down from her tail. Thank God we were right there to cut it off of her!!!! Thank God it wasn't her neck, she'd have died if we weren't there!! I removed it from the cat Tree and after a day, she resumed playing on it! That dangling toy should be taken off the tree before shipping!! Other than that, the kittens love the tree and has oppupied their time very well.

Good for the money, but flimsy ramp
Overall, it is a really good tree for the money. My only complaint is that I have had the item for 3 weeks and have had to repair the ramp twice. I looked for ways to contact the seller with no luck. Fortunately the busted ramp doesn't bother my cats much, but still disappointing.

Awesome Cat Tree
As for the complaints about the diagram, just sort your pieces out by levels and you will be fine. I'm an old lady and did it.I have had no problem with the top tent and the whole thing is pretty sturdy.Wendy is still trying to get that toy mouse off after a week of some serious playing, tugging and pulling. It must be on there like Fort Knox.

Poorly made,
The instructions to put it together were about as vague as it gets. Some of the stickers labeling certain parts fell off and made it next to impossible to tell pieces apart, so it had to be put together by trial and error. The cubbyholes for them to lay in have poles going through them, and there’s barely room for my 1 year old cats. The tent at the top doesn’t stay together properly and the poles pop out. Overall, a huge waste of money. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼UPDATE: if you want a good cat tower, order this one Armarkat A7202 72-Inch Cat Tree, Beige https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003BYQ1K0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_CkOUCb9N8R8F7
