Gizmo Dorks PLA Filament for 3D Printers 1.75mm 5kg, Black

I'm ordering more. I haven't tried it on my other more traditional 3D printers like the Ender 3, but I have gone thru almost an entire spool on my Qidi X-Pro and can say every single print came out exactly as I needed it. I don't even have to put glue or tape on the magnetic plate. The prints stick well, but not so well I cant easily pop them off the plate. I go through a ton of filament designing my models as I print, inspect, improve design, & reprint. So this large spool was great, and I am so happy it prints so well.My standard print specs for this spool since filament actually varies between manufacturers.1) Temperatures: Nozzle 210. Bed 60.2) Speeds: 80 mm/s (both print & travel)3) Infill: 0.2mm - Gyroid infill - 20% for test prints, Gyroid infill 50% for final rock solid prints.4) Supports: Zig Zag @ 0.3mm Z distance. My printer does X/Y with the nozzle, and Z (up/down) with the bed.5) Slicers: Cura, Meshmixer, MeshlabNo problems caused for my printer such as clogging, etc. The spool of filament has been extremely consistent. I printed a ton of 5mm x 5mm cubes finding the perfect settings for this filament for my particular printer.

AMAZING PRODUCT. i love this filament roll. perfect quality. it is large so i had to build my own filament holder. Its amazing! cant say much other than that.

I had so many failed prints with this stuff. I could never really figure out why. It would just under extrude. Each time it failed I had to poke a cleaning needle through my nozzle and voila, it would start printing fine again. I can't fully trust this PLA which is a bummer. The whole reason for buying in bulk like this is to have very long print times (days) which leaves the printer unattended for long periods of time.Eventually, I started printing at a temp of 235c and that helped a lot.I also had to build a custom stand for this heavy roll so there would be as little resistance as possible on my bowden gears.

DIA is changing up to 1.4 mm. Also, sometimes it has fragile parts, like it is over-dryed.

Prints well, and I'm sure it will last me a while. I had a few 36 hour prints and didn't want to risk a failed print due to the filament running out. Made my own base with bearings to allow it to roll freely. This thing is heavy!
