Well from day one of trying this product i noticed some differences that couldn't be chalked up to anything else i was doing. I noticed an caffeine energy drink like boost without caffeine, & mental focus that was almost on the level of prescription medicines as well as more stamina during outside exertion that wasn't necessarily for working out just physical activity. On the days I took this product, 1/2 scoop, I felt like I had extra stamina & I've lost 5-10lbs without working out over the last month. Definitely less hungry. I'm kinda of intermittent fasting dieting, 8 or 9 pm at night is my last food intake & I ingest no sugar or anything except water for 16ish hours & this product definitely seems to help with the hunger feeling. I'm not sure what else could be doing that. I've been intermittent fasting all this year & earlier days i struggled and eat early like at 11 or12ish or I'm counting the minutes till 1pm or my targeted time. Other days it's easy all of a sudden 3 pm comes around and I'm thinking, "oh shoot i need to eat!" The days i take the muscle builder are ALL easier for me. Conquering hunger for the entire morning is a nice feeling & I'm able to successfully go until 1-3pm usually no problem without starving from 11 or 12 in the morning too 1 pm or 3. I've not been losing much weight the last 4 months, but i started eating a bit more this summer so that may be slowing down my weight loss or stagnating me. Plus i haven't done much Physical workout or activities to help because I'm held up with physical ailments & issues. My joints will flare up randomly with inflammation & i can't walk or workout or anything for couple days or weeks, like rhumatoid arthritis. It seems the last 30 days, trying this product 5 days a week or so, I seem to have finally gotten a negative or loss of at least 5lbs. I didn't expect to weigh less because of my less overall activity & honestly didn't measure & write down a starting weight before & after the last month. But i was 240ish before (5' 7") size 40 waist & now 234lbs heading towards 230lbs & during into 38 waist better. I think eating less calories from fasting is helping as well as maybe i have a little more muscle increasing my metabolism. That's my speculation is this product is helping me to eat less & gain muscle from physical exertion better. I'm not working out but it's possible this has built some muscle from when im using crutches & wheel chairs for 2 weeks. On muscle builder it was way easier during this last month. When my foot & left knee were out of commission, i felt i was building strength picking my body up on crutches. That was nice feeling though and i didn't tire out as quickly for sure on crutches on days i had drunken this product in the mornings. When i go to store i use the wheel chair & since I sparingly use wheelchairs a few times a year my muscles aren't used to it & trust me your arms hurt & get tired. Oh it can burn but i clearly had more stamina the days i had the muscle builder drink & my body or muscles adapted faster. i think your stamina recovers faster so i can last longer pushing my wheelchair wheels or holding my body up on my arms on crutches & not always resting my body on armpits cushion of the crutches. Really surprised though at the brain focus & mental fog clearing up. My brother tried this with me & he's been in Adderall since his teens. He says the muscle builder isn't on the level of Adderall. Though we,ve tried at least 8 different cognitive/focus/memory support supplements before, we've never had Adderall esque effects from natural supplements before. But he described the effect as a 10% Adderall esque focus & energy boost. I've never had Adderall so i don't know exactly what that is personally; so for me i just noticed a better focus & multitasking when working on i.t. work or studying things in the internet. I like learning about science biology & trying to understand physics better & in my free time i read articles & stuff. Sometimes in this product i was reading paragraphs once & remembering & comprehending what i read on one read through. Usually i got read a paragraphs 2-4 times to get the gist of it & if i still don't get it i try another day if i have the time or will to do that. But i noticed more brain energy on days i drank this stuff & was able to work harder on the computer or study easier. My brother says that's what Adderall feels like but more intense. Now i want more of this for my brain as much as for my body. I work on computers all day & love that multitasking & remembering stuff feeling less distracted & forgetting stuff less. I just never felt that kind of energy & focus before. Maybe i got adhd too. Here's my mother's experience. On the other hand she didn't have the mental brain boosting effects that my brother & i felt. But she definitely felt less hungry & was fasting during the day which she feels helped her eat less. She cleans houses for a living & is in her upper 50s so it's getting harder for her to clean 2 big houses by herself in a day. she noticed a stamina & energy boost effect. Not much else according to her but she could work 9-3 running around homes with a fast pace and no slow down. In her recent years, she definitely is drained between 1-3pm in afternoon & it's been years since she had regular stamina and energy feeling to her body in the afternoon. She's been eating protein & foods & drinks to give her a replenish boost to finish her afternoons. She used to be able to fast throughout her work day all through her 20s & 30s & from the 40s started having less stamina. She says the days she's on muscle builder isn't a big energy boost it's not like caffeine or anything like that, she's just noticing she has the stamina to go through her entire work day without snacking & just drinks water. She doesn't know if she has weight loss or muscle gain. She hasn't noticed any cognitive effects. So i tried to not sound over hyped & talk as though this was a miracle product but just my family's honest opinion of some differences in our body's feelings on days we took genius muscle builder. Thanks for reading i hope this is helpful. We all enjoyed the Taste. The only negative is $90 bucks is a lot. If u don't got the cash to form over $90 a month try half a scoop it'll last 2 months it's like $45/mnth.

I have been a fan of Genius products since they came on the market. I was looking for an honest, transparent label so I could personally research all the ingredients and the sources of the ingredients in each supplement. Genius was the first company to be completely honest about everything in their products. And so far, everything I have used has worked exactly as promised. Genius Muscle Builder actually worked better than I expected. I was looking to add muscle, which I did, but I also saw a measurable increase in my VO2Max, which I tracked through my Garmin running watch. I did not expect that and I was very pleasantly surprised. It’s very rare to make gains both in the gym and on my runs. I doubt there is any product out there that can even come close to duplicating this supplement. Although it is a little pricey, to get the benefits from this single supplement, you would have to purchase at least 3 other supplements and end up spending much more all together. And I doubt you would get the significant results that this product delivers in such a short amount of time. If that stack exists, I have yet to find it. The geniuses at Genius have already put it together in one perfect formula. And it tastes great, by the way. I wasn’t expecting that either. This product OVER delivers! Worth the price. I posted before and after pictures and the time difference is only 4 weeks. Body fat % down 2%. Weight stayed the same. Trap bar Dead lift PR went from 275lbs to 305lbs.

I am in my early fifties. I have been athletic for much of my life. I lifted weights, jogged, rode bicycles, studied martial arts, etc. Unfortunately, I was seriously injured a few years ago. I had four major surgeries to repair my injuries and was unable to exercise for far too long. I finally reached a point in my recovery where my surgeon, my physical therapist, and I agreed that I could once again begin to exercise. We developed a moderate exercise program to fit my individual needs. This program included weight lifting, walking, and stretching. Five months later, I had made improvements in strength, stamina, and flexibility. I was also constantly tired and sore. I struggled to make minor gains. I struggled to stay motivated. I struggled to finish a workout. This was a very different experience for me. My physical therapist suggested that I try Genius Muscle Builder. I admit to being skeptical but I decided to try it. It seemed like I had little to lose and it was conceivable that it might work. I ordered it from Amazon. When my canister of Genius Muscle Builder arrived, I decided to research the active ingredients. It turns out that the active ingredients are different varieties of mushrooms. I could not find any independent clinical data proving that these ingredients, taken either separately or together, are capable of building muscle. I couldn’t find any independent clinical data proving that they boosted physical performance in any way. Nonetheless, I decided to try the product for a full thirty days. The directions on the product indicate that it should be mixed with twelve ounces of cold water and taken forty five minutes prior to a workout. My experience is that it does not dissolve easily or very well in water. This tends to leave a lumpy, gritty fluid that is distasteful at best. Not surprisingly, the product tastes like mushrooms. I have never liked the taste of mushrooms. The product is flavored with a strawberry-vanilla flavoring that does nothing to mask the flavor of the mushrooms. I tried mixing the product with a few different types of fruit juice instead of water but found that the strawberry vanilla flavoring tasted bad in combination with fruit juice. I finally tried mixing it with milk and Nestle’s Nesquick strawberry flavoring. This was the most palatable mixture I was able to find but it was still lumpy, gritty, and bad tasting. The taste alone has made me long for the end of the thirty day cycle. I did not notice my workouts becoming any easier, less painful, or more productive. My recovery time between sets or exercises did not improve. I was due to increase the amount of weight I was lifting when I ordered the product. I waited until the product arrived to increase my lifts so that I could better judge the efficacy of the product. Over the course of the thirty days I used the product, I did experience some very minor gains in strength. These gains were no greater than I would have anticipated making had I not been using the product. I frankly suspect that a placebo effect was at work among those individuals who claimed to have made major gains as a result of Genius Muscle Builder. In short, I found the product to be expensive, bad tasting, and ineffective. I cannot recommend this product.

Great mix, I like this because it doesn’t have some drastic effect but more of a sustained feeling. It’s a clean supplement which is why I decided to try it in the first place. I have stacked it with genius consciousness several times before a workout with good results but I don’t do it often as I’m Trying to use less stimulants. Overall it’s a good product and I like it the downfall to this product is the price you can find similar mushroom mixes for a way lower cost. The price of this product would prevent me from purchasing it again.
