I love not having to bring anything with me now when I walk my dog! Having to bring all my keys was such a hassle and now my front AND backdoor have these super cute, super easy locks that require zero keys. My puppy and I can go outside as we please. I also love the auto locking feature, too. It’s nice to not have to worry about whether I remembered to lock up the house cuz it automatically locks for me!

For this type of lock, the only difficulty for the customer is the installation problem. I changed this lock because it failed to install the same lock.This product is very heavy and very textured when I get it in my hand. I like its hand-grip doorknob and round doorknob. This is such a cute door knob set and lock. I installed it easily. The only problem that I encountered was the lower latch was stuck to where it wouldn't catch on the strike, so I had to use my existing latch. I tried requesting just a new lower latch, but the whole set would have to be mailed to me and then I would have to return the defective one. Too much work for a latch. It still works, just could be better. The electronic keypad is a little loud and the lock is also loud when you lock or unlock with the electronic feature. Still love the way it looks. And it works. And it is much cheaper than the sets at the big box stores.

It was fairly easy to replace my existing handle and deadbolt with this combo set. I originally didn't realize that I would have to drill a hole for the bottom of the handle, but luckily my door was fairly easy to drill into and the included template made it easy enough to figure out where to drill the hole.Programming it took a few tries but in theory it was pretty easy to do. Overall very happy with the new door lock set and would recommend it if you don't feel the need to have it attached to an app to track who is using it. etc.

For starters I’d like to say Yes this product looks great and worked well for almost a year. But suddenly out of the blue it would unlock the door on its own and flash 3 red lights. I tried swapping the batteries for new ones, resetting it to factory settings, even reprogramming it so I can add a different code to see if that would work. None of these worked and the manual only helps so much. After troubleshooting it for a few days I decided to just use it as a manual door lock, just make sure you take the batteries out. Or it may malfunction on you and unlock your door in the middle of the night. All in all I will be looking for a different device from a different company since this one is discontinued it looks like. Stay away! Not worth the money for such a short amount of time of usage. Buyers beware!

We bought this when we had our door stained. My husband didn’t have a hard time installing it. But he’s a handyman so it was not trouble for him. I love that it locks but itself. Sometimes it doesn’t but I haven’t pinned pointed why it does that. But so far we’ve had no troubles with the key pad. I love that my kids can get in the house without having to dig up the house key in their backpacks or having to look for the key in the hiding place.

It looks nice. Functionally speak, it’s not an over achiever. Sometimes it doesn’t unlock. Sometimes you have to press the lock or unlock button twice. Sometimes you have to enter the code a couple times.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love it. It's very convenient to install and set up the passcode and everything. The shipment and quality of the item are amazing. It feels much secured with this in my house.As a person who offers stays on Airbnb, the most amazing part to me and my tenants is that we don't have to exchange keys and stuff in person, they walk in and out with passcode so i don't have to worry about them taking away my keys.I didn't use the door handle i bought from here because my dog always tries to jump on it and open it up. In all, it's definitely worth of the price i spent on this item.
