How durable are these notebooks? I was carrying Moleskine in my back pocket but they tend to fall apart.

They're extremely durable. I carry them in my back pocket every day and they hold up. Never had any pages fall out or have the cover do anything but bend. A few weeks ago I forgot to remove it and put it through the washing machine and it came out fine. All written pages were still clear and the blank pages are still accepting ink like they're brand new.

Can you cut it in half to make your own wallet sized?

Is there a way to get the (better) older style that uses horizontial dashes instead of lines? Ruined it for me with that change.

Witch Cordura cover best fists this size notebook?

Unfortunately we currently don't have a Cordura cover that's specifically made for this size of side bound notebook where you can tuck the back cover in to keep it in place.
