Does more than expected
This product does excellent. I put it in my F150 and my subwoofers don't rattle at all. All you hear is fantastic music. It is also a huge money saving item. There was enough to cover the back of my cab and then more. I am going to put it the doors of my truck as well. There is no odor at all, it seals well against any surface. I also used it to protect my RCA cables from interference. Great product.

Great insulation!
My biggest question was. How sticky will it be?It is very sticky! Worked great. I highly recommend. I used it to insulate the roof of my 1950 Ford truck. It worked very well and was very easy to install.

Auto insulation
Good value and easy to install. I used to insulate the headline of my 92 ford . Less noise ride and less heat.

Well Insulated product
Great product, good price. Use this product around my car doors, and around my speakers. Easy to work with and sticks very well. Great for noise reduction, easy to cut, and help stop the vibration.

Good buy
It works extremely well. Definitely made the truck more quiet. I placed it on the roof, doors, and floor. I can now do 85 on the highway and not have the wind noise drown out my conversation. Would buy again:

Easy to apply, good value
Working on a 51 Ford pickup. I used this to insulate the firewall and rear of the cab. It sticks like crazy, however repositioning is not possible. The glue is stronger than the foam, so trying to remove it results in the foam tearing. I did a test by shining a halogen light at the flat sheet metal at the back of the cab. In 1/2 hour the sheet metal had gotten 45 degrees hotter. The insulated inside temperature on the insulation increased less than 1 degree.I looked for this because I have found that folded self stick insulation tends to delaminate and is hard to get smooth. This is easy to apply and conforms well to contours. I would use it again.

Not Fire Resistant but a good for sound deadening.
The media could not be loaded. Does the job well for sound deadening and reducing heat. Very sticky. Overall a good product but I am concerned about it being fire resistant.

Easy application
The 15 of 394 mil was enough to surround both wheel wells in my van, and I had 2 full pieces left over that I used elsewhere. I used 2" aluminum foil tape to seal all cuts/joins. I found the adhesive to be adequate but not excessive. It works best on bare or painted metal, but also adheres to wood. It is flexible enough to adhere to rounded edges, if the curve is significant you may need to cut out a small triangle so it sits flat. The silver material is of good quality and doesn't easily tear.I haven't driven the vehicle yet to know how well it does to reduce road or suspension noise.
