Is this the same as atlas olive oils? From same source/farm? Also can you post the certs on here? they are unreadable in the insert.

why doesn't this olive oil leave a peppery taste in the throat?

It usually has this pleasant kick on the throat at the end of the tasting. It depends also on what you have eaten right before. Polyphenols presence is felt in 2 things: bitterness (detected by cheeks radars, this olive oil is bitter!) and pungency (detected by the throat). OLIVIE PLUS 30X has both!

Why does it not have the peppery aftertaste that the atlas olive oils have? Is that a good thing or does that mean its filtered/processed more?

The best I've had by far. Super complex flavor

Literally my new favorite flavor!! 11/10 Actually tastes like olives, which is rare for olive oil lol. Definitely high end. Yes you could say it kinda has like a tire taste to it too, but that's how you know it's the good stuff, a flavor that reminds me of expensive whiskey. Definitely high in polyphenols, feels smooth bubbly and peppery.

Great Olive Oil for Health But Very Expensive

The polyphenols in this olive oil are off the chart! If you sip olive oil for health benefits, you could hardly find a better one. It doesn't taste very good, and I for one would not use it in a salad of for other food or cooking-elated purposes. I think it is a daily sipper for overall health; something like a vitamin supplement. Only problem is that it is very expensive and you could very easily go through the small bottle in about two weeks-- maybe three. Each individual has to decide on the cost-benefit analysis. I have gone over to other Atlas Moroccan olive oils for the price relief. Still-- highly recommended.

NASTY, RANCID, SCAM

Received two bottles. Drank ONE tablespoon of both. My first thought as i swallowed each was "this is the worst tasting olive oil I've ever drank". No peppery flavor or any flavor at all. Tasted rancid, perhaps how paint thinner might taste. Worse yet NO AFTER TASTE just flat out BAD TASTE . No burning sensation in throat, a trademark sign of good olive oil . I understand this is a different more potent olive oil and if true then this should have been packed with a powerful aroma that landed a punch when you drink it. With this oil, nothing. I've read all these glowing reviews of this GREAT, PEPPERY taste and I didn't tast any of that. Maybe I just received two bad bottles but I will never buy this brand again. I am not just going to chase the polyphenol benefits drinking this crap. Furthemore, all the claims its 30x more powerful than other olive oils could be a sham as well.
