Is this the same as atlas olive oils? From same source/farm? Also can you post the certs on here? they are unreadable in the insert.

Methodology used to measure the polyphenols: by HPLC and according to the International Olive Oil Council (COI/T.20/Doc No 29/Rev.1). It is the method that is most used worldwide and internationally recognized. Another method employed by some Greek olive oils are fanciful and not internationally recognized, they give rise to polyphenols value that are sky high whereas indeed these olive oils are not rich in polyphenols. It we were to use this Greek method, we would get levels of polyphenols as follows:
About 5950 mg/Kg for total polyphenols
About 4143 mg/Kg for hydroxytyrosol derivatives

why doesn't this olive oil leave a peppery taste in the throat?

It usually has this pleasant kick on the throat at the end of the tasting. It depends also on what you have eaten right before. Polyphenols presence is felt in 2 things: bitterness (detected by cheeks radars, this olive oil is bitter!) and pungency (detected by the throat). OLIVIE PLUS 30X has both!

Why does it not have the peppery aftertaste that the atlas olive oils have? Is that a good thing or does that mean its filtered/processed more?
