Good buy for the price, but not perfect.
Overall a decent product at a good price if you want to grind coffee beans yourself.Product looks premium. Grinds coffee as I would expect. Cannot comment on the longevityOne major complain for the product design. The cap does for first in tightly, which leads to the coffee grinds spilling over and going everywhere and creating a mess. It's a simple design change that should have been thought of. Tightly holding down the cap from all sides helps a bit, but it's still not perfect.Would have appreciated if there was a way to control how fine the coffee grind would be. But you will have to estimate that by the amount of beans and time for which you run it.Overall happy with price to performance for now.

Tiny but efficient
Very efficient with coffee beans. Perfect size that don't occupy too much space. Would definitely recommend.

Good product but flimsy lid.
The product works well but the black part of the lid which upon pressing turns on the grinder is really flimsy and comes off quite easily. It's still manageable after the black part comes off but is quite a nuisance, it's a major design flaw in an otherwise good appliance.

Excellent customer services! Replacement has been approved! Moumita ,the CCE s really understanding and took initiative to resolve asap. Products are beautiful but needs technically to be more sturdy and durable. They are elegant. Kindly work on products durablity to expand market

It's working.
Our coffee grinder stopped working. We contacted the warranty service. The courier arrived and picked up the non-working unit. After 2 weeks, the courier came back and brought us replacement, working coffee grinder. Thanks for the service.
