I had high hopes for this product, but it's just average. In fact, I started taking 3 capsules, instead of the recommended 2 capsules because the product is a bit weak. Listen readers, don't fall for the sleight of hand, hocus pocus claims of 10X, 15X, etc. in concentration. Find a reputable company like "Real Mushrooms", "FreshCap" or Paul Stamets' company. Get a quality product so you will be able to find the one or ones of these marvelous mushroom fungii that can improve your health. You always get what you pay for.
