I am an Ascension Health Coach and I am always researching SBO's (Soil Based Organisms), Spore Probiotics for our Health. World Wide Depleted Soils, etc. If you don't dig in the garden and grow your own food then my suggestion is to buy this product as it's formulation is almost how nature "Stacks"! This is a really great product if you have any type of Candida overgrowth! Just add a broad spectrum digestive enzyme to this mix. I can't stress enough how important it is to consider these microorganisms or fermented foods into ones "dietary", "nutritional", and "life style" needs! Blessings Everyone! I used to get the expensive pre-post-regular probiotics. I could really tell the difference with this product! I'm impressed.

This is a really great product if you’re looking to having a better and healthier gut. My bowels were very irregular and would be a few days before my next bowel that I would feel bloated and uncomfortable. After taking this for a good week, I’ve noticed that I was very regular and almost going twice or three times a day in the first few days. Now it’s very consistent and my energy has been better. I used to be tired all day, even after a good nights sleep and I didn’t realize it’s because I didn’t have a healthy gut. Definitely would recommend this product to family and friends.

...stabilization factors present in a top quality soil based organism probiotic that balance your the system and overall wellness. if you need sbo's, and most of us do due to current farming practices, and these are available they are they are likely to provide assistance depending on your individual need; specifically if you are already basically healthy-or even not-these will probably help you feel better even and if they don't they probably weren't what you needed anyway (although i have read that certain ingredients in these are helpful to combat "traveler" issues. due to the ingredients these are also a positively delightful shade of green. the three stars are strictly for the product (based on how it met my needs as that is all i can actually attest to in the absence of any other criteria) so as not to skew the overall rating with how it was packaged; having said that the only options available under "rate features" were "thickness" and "sheerness" which seem better suited to silk stockings...if they still make those and also sell them on amazon....
