I have a pitbull mix who loves going in his crate, it is his comfort zone. This cover is going on almost a year now and I am happy with its quality. We have traveled with it, and it has shown how it can be extremely durable.

I have two crate and the challenge was to find a cover that had two openings instead of one since one of my crate only had a entrance on the short side and the other crate had two doorways. This crate cover works great on both of them! It completely covers the crate to provide that den like environment for your dog. The inside is lined with anti UV material to block heat from accumulating in the crate which I thought was a nice touch. It's light and easy to use, one thing I would say though that it doesn't seem too sturdy (material wise) but that's not an issue for me, it's just a cover after all.

Doors do not shut properly, very thin crate metal. You get what you pay for.

We transport our dog in the back of the truck with or without the shell on. This cover when used with tie downs works great keeping the sun or wet weather off the pooch. Sometimes we put a padded cover for warmth under this one. Works great over a year of use now and no tears, stains, etc. Note, our dog does not chew on things other than a stick so I can't rate on chewing of the cover. Found that weird. lol

I'm not going to lie, when I bought this, I thought I was buying the kennel, not the kennel cover. So imagine the disappointment when I got a small plastic amazon bag. The shame. lol. However, it is a big cover. I got the one that's supposed to fit a 48" crate. My European Doberman like to suck on blankets for comfort and we've been using a black sheet, and for some reason he sucks the blankets into his kennel. So when I got this, I was finally relieved. I have something sturdy that won't be sucked into the kennel and stinky. He still tries to suck it into the kennel, but it doesn't go far. Now I just gotta get the right size kennel.

I use this year round and it makes it a lot easier since my dog will not stay quiet in her kennel when it isn’t covered

My dog chewy this and it went All down hill from there but if you have a dog that likes to chew I don’t recommend getting this
