I bought this laptop for one of my nieces. I have 5 nieces and buy presents for all of them. I was looking for an inexpensive laptop, but good quality. I called Amazon's technical support and I was advised this brand. They said it's what the US military like to use due to their quality. That was an excellent reference. I asked my niece about quality and she is very happy with this computer. I visited her sometime ago and tried it myself. I have to say that I was satisfied with this purchase. Thank you Amazon for your help.

I think that this is a great laptop but even with a dim screen, battery saver on, and Only a single program running, I find that the battery is draining quicker than expected. Like, doubly fast.It definitely lives longer than my old laptop AND it doesnt leave my home which is why I'm tolerant of that.Besides the battery life discrepancy this is a fantastic laptop for the price. I am a huge fan of the touch screen, Especially when watching movies in bed and I don't have the mouse.The laptop runs fast, it's nice and bright when you need it to be, I like the webcam cover and the Built-in microphone.I will try to do some more things to optimize the battery life.I would still highly recommend purchasing.

Happy with purchase and good value for the money. Efficient, user-friendly, sleek, lightweight laptop that suited my needs for basic computer usage. I'm sure it has many other functions, however it works well for someone who isn't tech savvy.

I love Lenovo laptops. I have three of them and they are all amazing.I'm no tech expert, I just know when something works. This laptop is blazingly fast. It setup in no time with no hassles. The price was really low for such a great machine. I don't do any gaming so the 8 gig ram is plenty fast enough for me. Gamers should do there homework about that and buy appropriately. Amazon has a full selection of lenovos. I recommend them highly.

Got this for my mom. She loves that it’s touch screen. Almost 2 years and no issues.

I’ve tried several times to attach a video and photos but it won’t work. I purchased the Lenovo idealpad 3 December 2022. I have used it for about 30 minutes. July 2023 I needed to use it and when I opened it the screen looked like it had black ink poured over it. I contacted the seller who told me the 30 day time return had passed and I needed to contact the factory. I contacted the factory that told me the day they shipped the computer to the seller the warranty began. The factory told me to contact the seller. The factory said the computer was purchased January 2022 and I purchased it November 2022 (Black Friday). So by the time I purchased the computer I had 1 month warranty left. Seller now says the computer was sold used. I was a computer teacher and know computers I would have never purchased a used computer from amazon. The seller keeps saying the 30 day return window has passed and referred me back to the factory. I contacted customer support for help and I’m now waiting for an answer if it will be fixed or replaced. It was hard parting with the money to buy the computer and now I’m out my money and no computer. This seller is not a good seller to buy from.

Years ago I swore I would never own another laptop, I found them to be a real pain in the neck, but recently I found that I need a Windows laptop for some specialized software that will not run on my iPads.We have a fifteen year old Lenovo compact desktop that is still fast and reliable, so I decided to buy Lenovo. File storage space is not critical but RAM is, so I opted for 256G of disk but 12G of RAM. I’ve been using it for a few days now, configured it to suit me, and so far I am completely satisfied. Quite fast. Nicely made. I can live with seven hours of run time because it recharges quickly.Of course, only time will tell as to reliability. I’ll post an update in a few months.
