I bought this dehumidifier for my small bathroom that doesn't have a window. It worked amazing & collected plenty of water. It kept my bathroom walls dry & mold free.Unfortunately, it stopped working after 8 months. It no longer collected water & the mold on the walls started to come back.I reached out to the manufacturer to inquire about the warranty and they were excellent at helping me out. They were quick to respond and very attentive to emails. They were superb in their dealings with me and sent me a new dehumidifier right away. It is working great & collecting plenty of water like it should, and I am very pleased! They were very helpful & prompt & I will continue to purchase their product because they treated me like a VIP. If you're hesitant about buying one of these, don't be! They work amazingly. I purchased 2 and couldn't be happier. The amount of moisture they pull is unbelievable. The power cord does get warm, but not so warm that it can become a hazard.After about 10 months of continuous operation, one unit had a small issue. I contacted the seller, not expecting much, but they responded quickly and were able to diagnose the problem even faster. The replacement part that I needed was sent out immediately, and I received it in just a few days.I will absolutely continue to purchase from this company.The amount of water shown in the picture is just from a few days.

I bought this device in February of 2025 to place in a bathroom that doesn't have much ventilation. For many months, it seemed to really do the trick and helped with humidity and moisture issues (mildew, etc). Unfortunately, it stopped absorbing moisture in July of the same year. I contacted Tabiyik and after verifying some information about the unit, they were very happy to replace it and extend a 3 year warranty for the replacement item. The person I dealt with in email was fantastic and willing to help me every step of the way. customer service should always be like this.
