I'm not sure that there is any such thing as a battery that produces 1000 amps 
You will likely be using a less than 1000 amp battery. Use an appropriate size fuse or breaker for each battery that you are running in parallel.

Thank you for your interest in our 12v DC to 120V AC Proline 5,000 W Power Inverter,  the device does not have any limitations on how many batteries you can use and you can use as many batteries as you'd like, you would just have to make sure that it retains a 12v Overall Battery Bank (connect the batteries in Parallel if they are all 12 volt batteries). And you can also add as many solar Panels as you want, making sure that they are properly installed through a sufficient Solar Charge Controller.
