Truly helps strengthen core muscles!
At 79 balance and walking without cane caused me to go to a physical therapist, who explained that my core muscles were weak. I bought Curtis's video on strengthening core two months ago, since then not only are my core muscles stronger but having added getting enough protein and calcium and walking I've lost 20 pounds!Thank you, Curtis!!!

Excellent workout!
I do both of these workouts back to back (or should I say ab to ab?). They're very effective but unlike some core workouts, not so difficult I can't do them. And Curtis' smile and positive energy is wonderful.

Really Fun, Easy, Low Impact, and Energizing!
I really love this simple, easy, and fun (almost addicting) workout video. The reason for 4 stars is I wish each segment (there are 3 segments total) had 2 more minutes per segment - that would give a full 30 minutes of cardio. I don't like seat exercises, but that's a personal preference - I do them standing up...and I'm sure that's because I don't have a proper chair for the workouts. Overall, Curtis Adams is fun and I'll consider other videos! I bought this for when the weather is bad outside and I can't do my daily walks, and it is semi-intense, and will definitely get your heart rate up without exhausting you!

A fabulous dvd for a routine workout
This dvd has been amazing and really helped me stick to a daily routine. It is low impact and the exercises are fun and move quickly. Curtis Adams is wonderful in keeping you upbeat and motivated! Good energy and health with very low commitment. I recommend highly!

Fast pace
For a DVD aimed for seniors the pace is way too fast. Slowing down would make for a great dvd

Easy But Effective
I’ve been stationary for almost 4 years. I walked daily but had lost all muscle tone. I gave this a shot with a glass half empty attitude. I was surprised. I used to go to the gym every single day. I never liked it but knew it was good for me. I LIKE this routine. Seeing results. I didn’t need to lose weight but I’m firmer which has made me go down one clothes size.
