They are awesome
I’ve been meaning to try suspenders for quite a while, however, I did not love the idea of putting them on and taking them off of my pants. These HYKERS are exactly what I was looking for. Yes, they look weird, especially at the beginning. Yes they take a little bit of getting used to when it comes to putting them on and taking them off. However, the fact that they only use one point of attachment in the front and back, in my opinion, makes them easier to put on. At least to me, they feel less cumbersome. I’ve been using them for only a few months on and off, but on the whole, I am really happy with them.

Under Shirt Suspenders
These are so much more attractive than the suspenders you wear on the outside of your shirt. I'm so happy I ordered them for my husband. I think he likes them too. Comfortable!

Mostly Good Stuff To Say
These work, and they are pretty easy to put on, but I think it would be a bit of a hassle to have to use the restroom with these on. I assume you would unhooked it at the button and either let it hang around your neck or take it off, but then what would you do with it in a public restroom? Also, depending on how your setting or moving about, they are noticeable under the shirt, even under two layers and between two layers. If those issues don't matter, they are comfortable and work well. I don't know if I will wear them to work, but I plan ensuing them when I'm working in the yard and around the house. They are comfortable and do a great job of keeping your pants up.

This is a massive quality-of-life booster
Suspenders. Yikes! I feel rediculous even saying it, but the status quo was unacceptable. I have a round figure and everytime I get up I had to pull my pants up. When I would life something or carry something, I ran the risk of my pants falling unless I was careful about how I moved. You get used to it. You learn to be careful. I didn't even realize how much of my mental focus went into that until i started wearing Hikers. The benefits were immediate and extraordinary, even though I ordered one that was too large for me because I just assume I should get large versions of everything and didn't bother measuring. So these are not as perfect as they could be, but they are still a massive improvement. You know those reactions men have on hair-growth commercials about how they feel younger and more confident, etc.? That's how I feel while wearing these.I used to be very careful about how I got out of my car, what I was carrying, how fast I would sit down or get up. I would even time getting up from a meeting so that others were not looking at me. Since I wear my shirt tucked out, pulling my pants up means exposing my stomach. No one wants to see that, but it's better than the alternative. Now, that's no longer an issue. So not only am I more comfortable and confident, I'm much more mobile. Which makes sense -- these things were made so that men can work and be active, right? Well, I definitely feel more active. I get out of my chair and go. I walk more briskly. I can carry more stuff in each trip when carrying things between rooms. They do have some side effects that take a couple days to get use do, but those go away. There was a constant pressure on my shoulders the first couple days which, while not always noticeable, did seem to leave me more fatigued -- like if you wear uncomfortable shoes or something. But I think it also develops some muscles in that area because now I barely notice at all.Going to the bathroom was a bit of a trick, but I've figured it out now. (For me, the trick was to manipulate the belt loop around the hook while holding the hook steady, instead of the other way around.)The Hikers seemed pricey to me when I bought them. Now, they seem like an incredible value. I should have done this years ago. They might even be useful if you're trying to lose weight, as they allow you to more active and not be so cautious about limiting your mobility. Huge difference. Buy these. If you have even the slightest inkling you might benefit from these, it's probably more true than you realize. But measure them first, as the site recommends. If you don't have a clothing-style measuring tape thingie, you can find one for $4-$6 here on Amazon, and if you're a big guy, really you should have one of these tapes and watch a youtube video about how to take measurements because most of the clothing sold everywhere isn't made for us and costs more -- so it's not good to just guess.

If you overcinch your belt or constantly pull up your pants, these may be worth the price.
UPDATE ON REVIEW BELOW: I wrote the review below but have changed my opinion after using this product every day for about 11 months. The new bottom line is they are a great idea but not well executed. The button hole needs to be reinforced. The button hole has completely torn through which means my suspenders are now garbage - they can't be repaired. At this price point, I don't plan to buy another pair of these each year. Also, don't believe the claim that the piece connected to your back belt loop will never come loose on it's own. This has happened to me dozens of times. Once, the clip came completely off and was lost. To give you some context, I weigh 198 and am 6'0" so, while I'm carrying 10 to 15 lbs. of extra weight, I am not so heavy that I'm putting extra stress on the suspenders. Also, I'm an office worker so there is very little bending, stretching, twisting, etc. in my daily work. It's a great idea for a product but they need to keep refining the design before it's worth buying these once a year. The cost is comparable to a belt and you wouldn't buy a new belt every year would you?PREVIOUS REVIEW:Likes: They solve the problem. I no longer have to cinch my belt so tight that it becomes uncomfortable just to avoid constantly pulling my pants up throughout the day. They seem well designed, well made and are made of a material that I hope will not lose its elasticity too quickly. They're easy to put on and off and really don't take any more time than a belt once you get the hang of it. The freedom of not feeling cut in half by an overly cinched belt is worth the price. If the price seems high, just think of it as paying for the experience, not the product. It's kind of like when you rent an umbrella at the beach. You're not paying for the umbrella. You're paying for the comfort of sitting in the shade. Measure twice like the video demonstrates and you shouldn't have a problem. If you stand up straight while measuring from the middle of your pant's button to the back belt loop, they should fit well. I noticed when I measured, I had a tendency to lean over to see the number on my measuring tape. Don't. Stand up straight, put your finger on the tape at the front of your pant's button to mark the correct measurement, and THEN read the measurement. They are also adjustable so there is a little wiggle room but mine fit perfectly right out of the package.Dislikes: The only downside is that you must wear loose shirts unless you want the outline of the suspenders showing through the shirt. This isn't a big problem for me because I own a lot of loose fitting shirts but there are some shirts I have that I avoid wearing with these suspenders because the suspenders are evident.Bottom line: I will definitely buy again. It's a relief not having to wear a super tight belt or pull my pants up many times throughout the day. I love the fact that I can wear suspenders without looking like I'm wearing suspenders. When I get older, maybe I'll wear the full-on, traditional suspenders but this is a better and more fashionable choice for me right now.
