Works just fine
Seemed to work just fine.•Pour granules into plug•Leave for 15-20 minutes•Flush out with boiling water from kettle•Continue rinsing with hot water from tap to ensure all blockage & granules are gone•Vigorously use plunger to guarantee it's goneJob done 👍For those complaining about the "smoke" and gurgling/hissing sound.... it's meant to do that! It's dissolving whatever sludge you've got blocked down there. Obviously the smell isn't going to be nice but you just open your doors & windows beforehand - that's just common sense.

If your sink is severely blocked, call a drainage engineer
My kitchen sink was draining extremely slow and I tried most of the liquid drain unblockers and none had improved the drainage. I saw reviews saying that this product could potentially leave solidified fatty debris in the plumbs, so I poured A LOT of running hot water down after using this product. A week later after a temperature drop, my kitchen sink was COMPLETELY BLOCKED. Water was perfectly STILL in the sink, ZERO draining at all. There were some black fatty solids remained in the Ptrap, but the problem was deeper down the system.Had to call a drainage engineer to break down the debris 5-7m down the drain. Turned out the drainage layout in my flat was pretty terrible, definitely don't try this if your kitchen drain isn't close enough to the main drain pipes. Because if you don't flush down the dissolved fat/debris well enough you will get into trouble with the solidified debris at some point.

Scary!
Scared the life out of me, as soon as I poured it down the sink it fizzed then produced a foul smelling smoke! I’ve opened the windows but now I can’t breath, will not buy again

MELTED MY BATH
Do not buy! I used this product on my bath and followed all the instructions. It smoked and fizzed after a few minutes which I wasn’t concerned about as had read this can happen, however after leaving it for about 10 minutes there was an awful smell filling the whole flat and when I went to check on it I discovered that it had literally melted bottom of my bath! I know this is meant to use on kitchen sinks but assumed it would be ok to use in the bathroom especially as when I poured it in I took the plug cap off and it didn’t touch the bath at all! Unbelievably after burning and ruining my bath it didn’t even unblock my pipes!!!

Don't use, trust me.
So I have been having issues with stinky drains that are fine for a few days and then the smell constantly comes back, so I thought there must be some sort of blockage in the line.I decided to try this stuff and I regret it.This really should come with warning labels telling you that it will give off the most noxious ammonia gas and fizz.It started after 5 minutes and it was a mad scramble to get my cat out of the room, open all the windows and put on a respirator so I don't inhale anything I shouldn't.I couldn't leave the sink for the allotted time, I managed about 10 minutes before I had to flush the line.My nose burns still despite airing the room and doing all I could.I think I will stick to other drain cleaners next time. This stuff is a disaster waiting to happen.I don't even know if it worked correctly as I didn't have an issue with standing water.
