The spices are great- they will stain a white dish if you bake in glass- it will never come out. Otherwise, I used this on two prime ribs and they were delish! Perfect blend of seasonings. I will put down parchment paper next time- my fault

We had been buying this at a local meat market but they no longer carry it. We were thrilled to find it on Amazon for ease of ordering and free delivery. This dry rub is exceptional. We like it best on pork chops cooked on the grill. They come out so juicy and tender that I almost never cook my pork chops any other way now. I'm sure it would be good on other meats and/or fish as well. The price is not bad considering how far it goes.

I use this on my filets which I have been making for years and I swear by this rub. It’s perfect.There are very few things I bother to leave a review for. This is one of those golden finds. Love this rub!!!

Don't be afraid to use as much as the directions suggest. After several attempts, I found that the package directions work well.

This seasoning is absolutely the best. Can be used on any meat. Even added a sprinkle to mashed potatoes, baked potatoes & grilled vegetables.Can’t go wrong with this seasoning.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS RUB! It is super tasty. I have tried several of the Char Crust rubs, but this one is by far the best. I put it on steak, roast beef, ribs, fish, chicken, turkey, ALL meats, and it is also good on stir fried veggies. It has a wonderful balance of spices and I can't say enough about it!
