Seems like a solid digital scoreboard. We mounted to our shuffleboard table and it works great. remote seems to work from across my basement.

Got his for my grandkids. They use it all the time and it works great!!

The remote had more buttons as they are for features for more expensive units than the basic one I ordered

The media could not be loaded. The JHERING Electronic Scoreboard was a game changer for my family and friends during outdoor play of pickleball, basketball, tennis and badminton. This particular group of amateur players, tend to get inexplicably oblivious when tallying the score while playing outdoor basketball, pickleball, tennis and badminton. The electric scoreboard was definitely the optimum solution to this mysterious short-term lapse of memory that occurred only during game play; and the features that grabbed my attention the most were:• Foremost, the companion remote permitted operation of the scoreboard from at least 25 feet. The remote controlled all features including scoring of opposing teams, sound, density of light and a few other buttons that I’m not sure what they do yet. NOTE: Remote required 2 AAA batteries that were not included.• The brightly lit numbers that are adjustable and could be dimmed or enhanced to accommodate the lighting of the surroundings;• A USB cable and power adapter were inclusive; however, the best feature for me was that I could use a power bank to operate the scoreboard if no access to a power outlet was available – power bank not included.• My most favored featured was that I could keep the remote in my pocket and change the score from the area of play, which eliminated the need to have a scorekeeper available to flip a manual scoreboard.• Brackets were also included for the hanging of the device. However, I installed the brackets on the device to use as a stand for the scoreboard, tilting the device upward for visibility and avoided the hassle of drilling the scoreboard to a wall, and then removing it when needed at another location. In this way, the scoreboard was easily transportable and could be used at any park, backyard or tennis court, and;• The scoreboard was durable and withstood use during a mild rain shower; as we were determined to finish what became a competitive basketball game we started prior to the rain.I’ll admit that the JHERING Electronic Scoreboard was a little pricy, but if your family and friends are as active in amateur sports as mine, it’s definitely worth the expense, overtime.
