Pataks Paste Curry Xhot

Chicken curry used this paste for years, llb. or more of Lamb or chicken or just vegetables ( surprising really good) onions, garlic, 2 x tins of tomatoes tomato purée about 2 tbs of paste a little stock or cube and a little sweet chilli sauce.Bunch or more of fresh coriander (cilantro) tin coconut milk added at end served with cooked basmati rice fried with egg and peas with naan bread and Pataks mango chutney we like it hot !

Used to buy this product from Whole Foods to help me choke down my heavy greens! great when used sparingly in chicken and rice dishes, and yummy on burgers and wraps too!Its no longer sold in my area location store, and was told by an employee to look for it on Amazon...and Bam!!!So Good I spoon and eat it right out of the Jar! LoL!!! :)

Excellent on everything

My husband is English and has been using Patak curry pastes all his life. Good to be able to have it here in the US. We have curry about once a week, so go through a lot of it. Good if you're accustomed to English-style Indian curries--might be a bit too hot for Americans used to a dash of curry powder

I should have believed all the reviews that said their jars arrived broken. What a mess. One of the jars was completely smashed even though the box itself was pristine. Makes me wonder if the jar was already broken when it was boxed up. Three more jars had broken seals and there was curry paste oil all over everything. Luckily it didn't damage the sheepskin seat cover that came in the same order.There seem to be no refunds allowed for this item. Beware and choose to spend your money elsewhere. I wish I had.

Pataks is my favorite brand of curry paste.Easy to use, success every time.Family love it. I highly recommend it

Very spicy but the basis of several of our recipes ; we simply love it.

Makes an easy hot but tasty curry!, super good!
