Some other customer has already mentioned that they received the TDS meter for which the battery is not working. I got into the same situation with TDS battery. Unfortunately by the time I read that review I already got to order, receive and use the pH balancer packets. I got left in a situation with no hope to return. Please check the products once they are returned by the customer.
