RFWIN Brush Weather Stripping Seal Strip Draft-Air Stopper Self-Adhesive Windows Frame Brush Seal Draught Excluder, 9mm x 5mm x 5m

I'm sure this product would have worked wonderfully (the brush part seems to be of a very good quality) were it not for the small flaw mentioned in the title! Removing the 'self-adhesive' (said with liberal amounts of tongue placed in cheek!) backing on one end, I found literally no adhesive whatsoever - albeit (been a while since I used that word!) a small amount of tackiness on the backing paper itself. Having failed woefully to the point of small droplets of tears, I proceeded to have a crack at the other end of the length of stripping. To my surprise I found a slight tackiness to the product once the backing had been removed! Filled with zero hope that this would have the power to even hold a grain of salt, I still proceeded, through sheer belligerence, to attempt to stick it to the underside of my door. Alas, it could not even defy gravity for one moment of what would have been sheer joy! Utterly useless as a product - I'm having a crack at another brand, but suspect it may well ultimately be from the same disreputable source as this one, but I hold onto that vane hope!

So there easy to use and if you just put a bit more glue on them there good. Just not very sticky. I think if your putting them on a window that's closed all the time there fantastic but if putting on a door that's open and closing you do need to add more glue. I used a wood glue and now there fantastic. Strong well made but lacking the sticky ability. So all in all there good but you will need more glue on them if your using on a opening window and door.

I had a draughty front door for years because the wood is a bit warped and didn't seal well against the frame.The product goes round the door frame and fits very snugly. No draughts! Brilliant.Make sure you measure the gap and get the size which is just slightly bigger so it seals the gap.

This was quick and easy to install. Bought it to replace some foam draft excluder tape on my PVC door, this works a lot better. No draft at all now and so much warmer in my hallway.I liked it so much I've purchased more.I had no problems with it not sticking and the brush side was all fine.
