The design is classic Cherry minimalism and blends well with any work desk. The key switches are scissor type and reminiscent of the old IBM ThinkPad series. Typing is a dream on this and one can speed type on this without too many mistakes. Build quality is top notch and it shows. Next to no flex and no cheap plastic squeakiness. If you really want to nitpick, one wishes the NUM, CAPS,SCROLL lights could maybe be a bit more brighter, but then again that would take away the clean aesthetic. Otherwise, it's a solid keyboard and you get every bang for your buck.

**Q: Is there a backlit version of this keyboard?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry.  We do not currently offer a backlit version.  The STREAM family continues to be very popular and we are constantly reviewing how it should progress.

**Q: i understand that this is a compact layout missing number pad but are the letter keys standard sized?**
A: The keys are the same size as other keyboards I have (Logitech K270, HP USB Slim, and Microsoft KB).

**Q: Does this really have trouble with simultaneous input?  I'll probably be holding more than 3 keys down at a time quite often (gaming...)**
A: I type on it and use the regular 2 or 3 key shortcuts. Never had a issue.

**Q: How long is the cable?**
