Maintenance Required
I bought this product on Nov2022 and used it 3 times, perfect lightning. Now it is not working, Is there warranty or maintenance?

Remote not working
The light is very powerful, however the remote is not working and I submitted a return request. But the person came to take the product and he said the product name is different. The brand name showing in amazon is Conpex and I received the Tomy. So they refused to take back.

Very bright light
I like how it designed and It's very bright also you can adjust the brightness which is great. I am disappointed that it didn't come with the box it come straight forward as a bag One disadvantage (not sure if it's an issues with my unit) On full brightness it works fine on lower brightness you will notice some weird sound come from the light

Damaged parts and one led light is not working
Not sure the reason why I received the package with some parts damaged and surprisingly one led light is not working at all. I will return this item.
