having trouble putting it up?

Yes had trouble it does not just unfold. Had to mess around unhooking all hooks because they wouldn't let you unfold it like it said it should.

Does the plastic tray slide out while in use or is there something to hold it in place? My large pup moves around a lot.

The tray will not slide out, it is actually in the crate but can be removed.

Missing divider? Mine was missing the divider? What do I do???

I would let the company know that it never came with it

I’ve assembled it in a spot too small to get into the room it needs to be in, how does it fold down?!

Start at the hinges on the top side of the crate. I think u have to push apart of the crate down for the hingest to bend.
