If you have a food processor with a blade that finely grinds something finely
When this cheese is finely grated take a handful or two, depending on how much hamburger is used and mix it in with the hamburger. It makes the meat “come alive”.

I received the item; however, it could not be used because it melted all over the inside of the box. It was packaged with what I assume was something to keep it cold. Very disappointed and was a waste of money.

Fresh and delicious!
Great cheese!use instead of Parmesan on my home made Italian pasta sauce...my mother’s recipe! Delicious! Just grate it, sprinkle it on your pasta and you won’t be disappointed!
