Great Value - Easy to Use - Love the bright green light
1. This is an attractive, small unit that constantly emits a green LED light when in use2. It's effortless to set up: like all keys, you need to log in to each individual service you want to secure (e.g. each gmail account, Facebook, Twitter, GitHub, etc.)I connected my HyperFIDO Mini to Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, GitHub and a password manager.Note: Some of your services like Gmail might invite you to add an authentication app (like Authy) as a backup alternative. I did set up an Authy account.Practical Tip: Some services will require that you first set up 2FA via SMS and an authentication app (e.g. Authy) before you can connect your security key.I'm very happy with this purchase. It seems like a great deal economically, and does the job. The unit is small enough to leave in your computer. And at this low price you can easily buy 2 so you have a backup. (Something apparently that's recommended by security experts.)My only quibble (and it's a small one) is that the plastic cap section that contains the LED light was not set perfectly square on the USB plug. There's a hairline gap on on side. And the inset LED bulb is slightly tilted in its socket. I'm pretty sure only about .01% of the population would notice this though. Just don't try driving your Ford F-250 over this to test its durability.I disagree with the reviewers who complain about the brightness of the green LED light: I think it's distinctive and I like it.The HyperFIDO comes w/a thin tether and ring. (But I would not advise putting this on your key ring. The tether is similar to one I had with a folding tiny tool, and that one broke off my key chain.) You can easily leave it plugged into your USB Port. Thanks HyperSecu for making a smart, excellent product.A suggestion: Add some names of staff and leaders (at least the founder) to your corporate website.

FIDO U2F at a Great Price, but mind the light
This is a FIDO U2F key only. It doesn't support OTP or other solutions that you'll find on Yubikey devices. That's fine. Almost every site that supports hardware tokens will work with this device, and the handful of early adopter sites that require OTP variants are likely to adopt FIDO U2F in the future. There's a good chance you're looking at this because you want Google support. Yes, that works with this device. The build is every bit as cheap as you would expect for the price. Don't pick this if you plan to plug and unplug the device repeatedly. Don't use the thread-like lanyard or the hole that it threads through as you'll easily pull the cap off the device and you'll need to glue it back together. But if you're going to plug it in and leave it, as with a home PC or a PC that's always in a locked space, it's just fine. The biggest drawback about this device is the green LED. It's always on, and it's INCREDIBLY bright. It would be great if there were an option to leave it off and only have it flash when it's prompting for the user to tap the button. Or if the LED had been a fraction as bright... that's nice too. But as it stands, expect a bright, radiant glow wherever you plug this in. Do not put plan to put it somewhere where the LED will face directly at you.

A brilliant product!
I got a couple of these along with some other U2F tokens to try out. They work! And they work well. The rather bright (surprisingly so) always-on green LED may be off-putting to many though. If you plan on leaving it in a USB port, know that they stick out a fair bit more than something like a Yubikey Nano, but about as much as your average wireless adapter. ...and then there's the LED. I happened to have a single-LED flashlight nearby for comparison. I say that that's about half to two-thirds the brightness of that little flashlight. In a bedroom, I would consider how much you want that green nightlight. If you're looking at the light straight-on, it's rather blinding. At around 45 degrees, I find it tolerable. Then at 90 degrees or greater, comfortable enough. (Though still giving my monitors a run for their money.) Fortunately, my primary PC was already themed with green LEDs so one more fits in fairly well. Your mileage may vary.

A great way to get two-factor auth
Works well.Only complaints are: Some Fido-U2F things (financial institutions) are picky and only allow certain vendors (e.g. YubiKey) to work which is annoying. The LED burns with the light of a thousand suns, even after sharpie-ing over the button (light leaks out through the gap in the button and casing). The USB fit a little loosely for something intended to stay in your computer constantly, so I bent a small dimple in the flat metal to retain it a bit better.

It works, but is not physically sturdy
This U2F key worked flawlessly, except for the plastic loop where the lanyard connected to. That physically cracked and broke, taking the flashing green button with it. I can still use the key, but need a toothpick to reach in and push the buried switch while staring into a very bright flashing LED light. I will need to replace the key.

Works as advertised
This key works just as advertised and is very convenient, though it's a little disappointing that I can't seem to get it to work when using Mozilla Firefox as the browser to access my work email and other resources that require 2-factor authentication. It works with Google Chrome.

Works great, LED is too bright
U2F is great for securing accounts and this one works fine. This one is nice and short, so you can leave it plugged in all the time without it snagging on things. The LED stays on all the time and is too bright. It would be better if it just sat there discretely, blinking only when it needs to be clicked.

It sticks out a good bit farther than the
I tested this against the U2F demo at Yubico. At the very least, it supports U2F correctly which is all I can really ask for. It sticks out a good bit farther than theΒ Yubico YubiKey 4 Nano , and the green light is also much brighter, but it's also only 20% of the cost.

Works great, however build quality could be better.
Works great under both Windows and macOS (wouldn't work under Linux, however that's an issue with my setup, not the device), and on the Chrome and Firefox browsers.Windows 10 "Hello" Authentication would not work, it gave me the option for it to be enabled for authentication, however when this option was selected a message telling me to try with a different security key.The build quality is fine for the price (I can't complain for cheapest on Amazon!), however you have to press the button dead straight, pressing it at an angle won't register.

Value for money
Works as expected. It was cheap and it behaves as expected. The LED is always on which disturbs med. Otherwise good product

Works well
Excellent. Works well, Doesn't need charging, doesn't need a lead, doesn't take up much space, half the price of similar, marginally less practical item. I really bought it as a backup to by other Fido key, but it has taken it's place. Seriously, buy two.
