Hydralyte - Oral Electrolyte Solution, Ready to Drink Clinical Hydration Formula (Berry, 4-Pack)

I ordered this recently when I came down with the flu and was experiencing consistent nausea/vomiting and headaches for a couple days. I was concerned about being dehydrated not being able to keep fluids down, and then I came across Hydralyte. This drink was easy to drink and helped to keep the nausea at bay, I also noticed that headaches caused by the flu started to improve. I'll definitely be ordering more to have on hand the next time I need it!

If you compare the nutritional values in volume to Pedialyte, they're not that different, and this product is not any more concentrated, so it's like buying 1L of Pedialyte divided into four little bottles. Kind of misleading. Would not buy again.

Tastes awful (so salty) but it definitely does what it says it will do!

The taste is decent. A bit tart. Good size. I got this for my delivery bag for when I go into labor. I felt good within 30 after drinking. The only thing I am taking 1 star off is for the synthetic dyes. Anything that has red 1 or blue or yellow 5 is completely unnecessary.

My son had a high fever, we had this on hand because we had tried store bought electrolyte drinks the last time the yuck went through our house and I didn't love the high sugar content. Gave this to him on ice and helped keep his hydration up while we waited out the fever. Buying more for the family to have on hand the next time we have a wave of sickness.

I am an avid runner and I can't drink normal sports drinks because they are too sugary and just make me feel sick. This drink is perfect for me because it is just a little flavor and it doesn't leave a gross over-sweet flavor in my mouth. These taste good and are the perfect size to slip in a fanny pack or small bag that won't weigh me down!

Tastes terrible

Good for on the go. I can just grab one & throw it in my bag or purse. Taste is a little strong but okay overall.
