Q: what are the dimensions of the radio?

its around 4 x 8 inches its a lot smaller than it looks in the picture but its a pretty decent radio

Q: Descriptions says you can charge the radio using AC/USB power. Is this actually true? Can I plug it in to the wall?

There is no dedicated, traditional AC port that I can find. It has a one, mini USB slot that they consider both the "DC in" (when plugged into a computer) and the "AC in" slot (when you use it with a mini USB cable that has an adapter to plug into a regular AC wall outlet). The USB cable is not included.

Q: What is the model of USB charging cord that is needed to plug into the radio side?

The tip on the USB cable that connects to the radio is a USB-mini tip (I think it's referred to as "B". The main tip being referred to "A")
