Resistance Bands Set - 150LBS/200LBS/250LBS Exercise Bands with Handles, Door Anchor, Fitness Bands for Men and Women, Elastic Bands for Physical Therapy, Home Workouts, Strength Training Equipment…

I bought these bands because I wanted higher resistance than the previous bands I'd purchased from a different manufacturer. The heaviest band in my previous set was 25 pounds, whereas the Coobons bands supposedly come in increments of 10, maxing out at 50 pounds. Unfortunately, it turns out that the so-called "50 Lbs" band in the Coobons set provides less resistance than the 25 Lbs band in my previous set. Guess I'm sending these back.

I am an aerialist who does a variety of apparatus among other sports. I do pole fitness, aerial silks, and lyra as well as run marathons and do yoga. Part of staying in shape and being able to fling my body in awkward shapes is that I do strength training with my practice. With Covid19 and the gyms being closed, I needed to increase some apparatus at home and this was one had a good value for what you get. The bands are sturdy and strong, with a variety of weight levels. The extra attachments are what sold me, because I like being able to work each muscle component and this allows for that to happen. They are not cheaply made like others I have seen and used. I feel confident in saying I'll be using these for the next couple years and making them a part of my daily home gym workouts. I'm impressed by the strength of them and am glad I jumped in for the purchase. They even are motivating my husband to workout at home now also, because he is not a fan of the gym and prefers to do home workouts. We work out together now because of the different band sizes and weights.

Ordered these to start my own home gym as everything is closed. The 50lb band broke the second day I had it. The bag the bands come in is falling apart. Company said they would send a replacement set but haven’t seen anything as of yet.Now is the time to put out a good product. People want to exercise.

You get what you pay for. The rated weight on the bands may be std for bands but do not confuse that for real weights. You end up using the black 50lb a lot and that band failed and when it does it is dangerous. Grommet popped out after about 4 hours of use. I looked at the other band used second-most and it is the lightest one or yellow and it is failing. It is cheap. Lesson learned so learn from my mistake.

I was looking for a resistance band set that had handle attachments, this set is PERFECT! The quality is great, the assortment of resistance "weights", the handles and options for exercises is everything you could need.

I've been using these resistance bands for two months now and I love them. There are tons of exercises you can do with these and they haven't failed me yet.I am a recovering gym rat and believe with these exercises you can get a great strength and flexibility workout equal to or better than a gym full of equipment or a pile of free weights taking up room in your home.The ability to combine the bands together provides plenty of resistance for a great workout. They take no more time to adjust than adding or removing weights on a bar or adjusting the settings on exercise equipment.

I got these while i was working away from home and left them with my friend who also really enjoyed working with them. I figured it was so easy and such a great price i would just reorder from my house. Welp, no more!! I got a fab deal and no more!! I think the company was great, If i weren't stuck at home wishing i had these i am sure the wait would not feel as long. They are great quality and a really well put together set... all the things you might need are there. Just wish i could get another in 2 days!! Oh well. When they are restocked i highly recommend.

I like the assortment and different styles of bands. I purchased them for my elderly father after being in the hospital. He uses them about half an hour every other day and they have really increased his strength. You're not going to look like a weight lifter after using them but you will tone nicely. Good deal for sure.
