90 day Life Coach for $25
You cannot go wrong with this book. I use this for my personal goals, which are sometimes mixed with my professional goals, but mostly it helps me separate my home life from my work life. We often hear about life balance yet we are so tired at the end of the day that we neglect to find ways to make that balance real. This book is not magical. It takes work. But anything in life worth doing takes work. This book helps you see the obstacles we put in our own way and then actions to take to overcome those obstacles.I have many many many planners (too many). This for me is a life coach. You can pay hundreds even thousands of dollars for a life coach who will give you the exact same information and exercises this book contains. Anyone who has ever worked with a life coach can attest to the fact that results are all about the work you put into the program.$25 vs $2500 (go to a seminar and you will have travel expenses plus the fee for the seminar). I’ve owned my own business. I’ve used life coaches but I get overwhelmed with too much information. The best thing about a seminar is meeting other people and building a network. A lot of seminars today are done via Skype or Facebook live. You don’t have the travel expenses but you don’t get the experience of networking either. This book is simple. Helps keep you on track. And is a wonderful addition to helping you hold yourself accountable. Which in the end is what makes or breaks you in regards to your physical and mental health, the company you keep, the actions you take. Life is a series of choices. Do I exercise? Do I keep a journal? Do I clean my house or is the investment of having someone come in weekly worth freeing up time I would spend more productively? The book truly makes you think each day! You fail at something? So what. What could you have done differently to avoid that mistake in the future?I love the book. It works for me. But to each his own.

Takes a lot of time to get started
This does seem to be a good journal, but I have not yet taken the time to finish off the basics and get started. Been working the GTD method, which is a little more practical, but I’m sure this will be a great addition. Attractive cover.

worth every . penny.
Before buying this journal, I did tons of research. This is the one that best suits my needs, and I think that it really shows that the design (with the goal in mind) of the product was carefully thought. This journal will allow you to write down (it is a form of commitment) your goals. It forces you to be succinct, clear, concise. It has a weekly planning and review section, and then the day to day planning. It contains questions that allow you to reflect and gain insight every day. This by itself is extremely valuable. It is probably what sets is apart from the other dozen of journals out there.quality wise, i.e. the journal itself , comes in a perfect size, the quality of the pages, the thickness ia about right, if you use gel based ink pens, when you write on the pages it wont go unto the other side. thats really important. the build quality is very good. definitely would recommend to buy it.trust the process. put in the work to do the daily reviews !!

Go Forward to Your Goals and More Productive Life
I've been looking for a goods goal setting journal for over a year. The first part of the journal is space to plan your top goals for 90 days. In Section 2, there is space to complete daily weekly check-ins. It's not dated, so you can start any day of the week or year. I just started using this journal and the weekly check-ins include focus of the week, possible obstacles, section for how to keep life in balance, then the second page is about how the week went. Then there is the third section for daily check-ins to write 3 goals in the morning and reflect each night. There are two ribbon book marks to keep track of where you are in the journal for weekly writes and daily goal planning. This is a goal setting journal not a calendar to keep track of appointments and meetings. My journal did not match the color in the photo. Mine was black. That's the only thing I didn't like.

I wasn't completely pleased with the packaging
After doing countless hours of research I decided to by this journal. I bought this journal as a gift, I wasn't completely pleased with the packaging. It was wrapped in a cheap plastic. The journal looks like it was purchased at the dollar store. I have seen many journals at this price point that come in a nice box. If purchasing as a gift, I would advice to keep looking since there are nicer ones at this price point.

It works!
This is great! I have found that I can't move through the initial sections as fast as recommended, but that doesn't matter. Sitting down for 30 or 40 minutes on two separate days (narrowing down interests and goals) is worth the time to get started well. From there, a person focuses daily on concrete tasks or mini-goals toward three main 90-day goals. With the first Go Journal, I have accomplished all three of my goals in 90 days and those successes continue to make a difference. I have started on my second Go Journal and love it! This is not a "journal" in the sense of keeping a diary, nor is it designed like a planner. It is a tool for setting a few of your "most wanted" short-term goals, (or alternately, a 90-day milestone toward a long-term goal) and then having a daily review and weekly re-set that keeps you moving forward. It works! I heartily recommend it!

Invest in yourself
I have purchased quite a few planners and journals in the last year and none of them has stuck. Most planners and journals promise a lot and deliver very little. The Goal Journal is different, it makes you focus and concentrate on your most important goals and it guides you on a daily journey. Because the Goal Journal is simple it actually works. But don't let the simplicity fool you, because you are focused on less you accomplish more. The journal also allows you to learn from mistakes and trial and error. Some people will say that you can do this on a computer and why paper and pen. Studies have proven that what you write down sticks around. When I am done with my Goal Journal I will be purchasing another one. $24.97 is a bit more expensive than I like to pay and I hope the price comes down a bit in the future.A solid investment in yourself
