Unacceptably Slow Internet. Included wifi card only accepts 2.4ghz. Are you kidding Dell? Ethernet is worse.
Internet surfing is terribly slow. It froze twice out of the box. Wifi card ONLY accepts 2.4ghz but honestly the slow wifi is indicative of a much larger issue. I sincerely do not believe I am unreasonable to consider that when purchasing a PC to use to access the internet and using Verizon Fios wthl a 990MB connection that the PC should make use of this speed right out of the box. This one did not, in fact it was so slow that the web pages froze repeatedly. Dell customer service has all kinds of useless fixes and I feel sorry for the folks in that dept because they really are scrambling to explain this anomaly which is mentioned ALL over dozens of websites including this one. The ethernet is equally as bad BTW.

Works for slightly aged gaming
Great computer for small gaming. Can play world of Warcraft and fortnight easily (though on fortnight the graphics aren't the best) love so much probably will get another build just like this

I ordered the configuration with 16GB ram, it arrived with 8GB. It's likely easier to buy and pop in some additional ram, as opposed re-boxing, returning, waiting, and reinstalling apps and data. Just a minor ripoff I can live with.

Piece of Garbage. Don't waste your money.
It's a piece of crap. I have errors all the time trying to record videos while the same thing works fine in my HP laptop. The sound quality is totally muffled and terrible trying to record audio with either a USB or a standard microphone. Their support decided it was a software issue even though I was trying to use the microsoft recorder software that comes with it, and wanted to charge me to fix it. I don't think I'd buy another Dell product if it were free.

Information on the page is deceiving, we chose the option of 16GB and what we received had only 8GB of RAM. When you choose 12GB option, you get 12 GB, but when you choose 16GB, you get 8GB !!!! this one is going back
