It makes the stars turn out sturdier! These are my favorites so far I’ve found.

August 15, 2023Raised from 3 ⭐ to 5⭐After sampling several other brands of paper, I have to admit my initial review of 3⭐s was unfair. Very good paper quality. Vibrant colors compared to a lot of other junk I've since tried. This is actually my favorite paper for making lucky stars. And the size is standard 1cm. They do how in the dark but need to be exposed to sunlight first!Very disappointed in the size of paper. Listed as 1*25cm but, these strips are not even 1cm wide, nor are they 25cm long. (Not sure if it's supposed to be 1cm or 1.25cm wide)Very challenging to fold and puff due to the size.What I liked... Beautiful paper and beautiful stars, but quality control needs to make sure the strips are cut to proper measurements listed. My paper was cut too narrow and the measurements say 1*25cm and these aren't.For comparison I took picture of Stars made with 1.2cm wide strips and there's a big difference in the size of that Stars compared to the Stars made with this paper.

The only issue with these strips is the pinks and purples seem to leave color on your fingers. Turned my fingers pink.

Great paper quality was hard for me to get the basic steps of starting the stars, but it only took a few minutes to master the skill. They are gorgeous!

The glitter doesn’t end up everywhere which is so nice! However it’s like a plastic film that is very difficult to push in and get the full star effect. Looks cool but hard to fold and can be hard on your nails

I docked one point for value because these are precut 3/8 inch strips and not sheets as advertised, so I would have paid less for strips. I also docked one point for sturdiness because the way these are packaged they're flimsy and easy to damage if not handled carefully. They're bound by one end so I suspect they will become dislodged from the binding easily once you start using them. Each strip is beautifully vibrant in color and metallic.
