Are you supposed to receive 3 bottles? I was under the impression that it came with 3 but I only recieved 1 bottle

You get one bottle with 90 capsules. The serving is 1 capsule a day. This one bottle is a total of 3 months worth compared to others that only have 30 capsules or a different dosage.

I ordered a 3 months supply as stated for 15.99 only revived one bottle ?

One bottle is a 3 month supply. As you only take one pill per day and there are 90 pills per bottle.
