I recently purchased these pink silicone sheets, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Thanks to these sheets, my macarons turn out beautifully every time! While I may not be a professional baker, to me, they are perfect. As a mother of 4 girls who adore macarons, these silicone sheets have been a game-changer in my baking routine.

These mats were just what I was looking for as a first-time macaron baker. Easy to measure out dough onto mat, heat resistant and easy to clean.

Mat works well to maintain the circles.Template creates good sized cookies. Also like that mat creates 2 dozen shells.

I love these mats. They have lasted a long time and get lots of use.

I initially didn’t like these because they only have 25 templates, and it meant baking an extra sheet for a full recipe of my macarons. However, after having tried other brands, I’m sold on these. The bottoms always bake through, no stickiness and no browning at the edges. The macaron shells just pop right off, consistently, without being over baked. (Makes for super easy cleanup, too.) It’s also easier to bang the air out after piping (these just seem to stick to the sheet better than other brands, so don’t move around when you tap the tray), and the clipped edges make the mats easier to remove from the sheet without risking wrinkling or cracking any of the shells. In addition, although I thought I would like other mats with 3-diameter templates for piping as opposed to these 2-diameter, I actually find it much easier to pipe consistently sized macarons, and I think the smaller diameter one is just the perfect macaron size. Overall, I really like this product. I’m going to buy an extra set, notwithstanding I have other macaron mats already, because my macarons always turn out better on these.

I bought these mats as I didn’t want to pay over $20 for one silpat, and they didn’t disappoint. They produced the perfect macarons. I’ve even baked cookies on them without any issues.
