I recently bought YOLENY's Entryway Hall Tree Storage Bench from Amazon and although there was an issue with the color, I am quite happy with the product and the customer service I received. I had originally ordered the blue variant, but I received a black one instead.When I reached out to customer service regarding the color mix-up, they provided me with a solution that demonstrated their generosity. They had a suggestion that allowed me to keep the black bench, which I wasn't sure what to do with since it was supposed to be a gift for my girlfriend. In the end, I decided to give it to my mom.The assembly of the bench was straightforward and it took me approximately 90 minutes to complete. The quality of the product is surprisingly good, especially considering its affordable price point. I was pleased to find that the package included wall brackets to ensure the bench's stability when hanging coats and other items.Overall, I am highly satisfied with my purchase. The Entryway Hall Tree Storage Bench turned out to be a pleasant surprise and a great gift option, as long as you are willing to set aside some time for assembly. Considering its value for money, I couldn't have asked for a better choice.Tip: Prior to starting the assembly, it is helpful to organize the screws, accessories, and attachments in numerical order, and the panels in alphabetical order. This will make the assembly process much smoother.Note: Will add pictures of the Entryway Hall Tree Storage Bench when I am back at my mom's.

I'm a little confused by some of the five star reviews out there... Did they get the same product I did? Stay far away from this one. I don't feel comfortable with it remaining in my house. Based on other reviews I'm not optimistic about a refund.Pros: It resembles the pictures and could hold very light items like jackets or keys. Lightweight. Well labeled parts during instructions.Cons: Frankly this design is just unsafe. There are so many small pieces connected together that it has many weak points where it can break. It is very flimsy and should never be used without screwing into the wall. The seller images show someone sitting on the bottom portion and I would never dare do that.Assembly is a concern. Definitely don't use power tools to assemble. With just a screwdriver I had hardware snapping. I had to use additional hardware I had at home to stabilize it. The guide holes are generally ok, but there were several, especially with the hinges, that were completely off. The instructions are also generally ok but the parts I received didn't match 100% of the time.I actually enjoy building these kinds of things. I love a good IKEA project. I don't even mind vague instructions that make me puzzle things together. In the past 6 months alone I've probably built about 10 pieces of furniture. So the issues during assembly are most likely not due to user error.

Takes a little time but very easy to assemble. Would recommend.

I found a youtube video of an exact product with a different manufacturer name that really helped in the assembly.I was afraid to purchase because of all the bad reviews, but the price was too much to resist.True, some of the metal brackets are made cheaply and a few broke. But I believe they gave us extras. My sister put this together for me. Took her 4 hours on Saturday and 4 on Sunday. She's slow and steady. She also put brackets to attach bench top on wrong and had to redo.The hooks did not break and feel sturdy enough. I can sit on the bench and I'm 5'9 and average weight. Feels sturdy.Yes, it was a nightmare to put together as there are so many pieces, but the end result is worth it. Or, you can hire a handy-person to do. My quotes were $100 to put this together. I passed.Would I recommend? Yes, if you are patient, handy and don't get frustrated easily.

Overall like the hall tree. One of the hooks must have been a defect because it broke just hanging a set of keys on it where it has the screw holes.Will see if company will replace the hook. Would have given a better rating if it was'nt for the defective part.

Customer service helped me through all problems initially had with this product

The media could not be loaded. I tried so many ways to make it work but it’s too flimsy and it’s coming apart and the seller is hesitating to give me my money back. I don’t mind sending it back but they want me to keep getting it out of the box and try other ways when I already done everything I could. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!!!! The guy said sorry you couldn’t build it, what?? I build so many things already and this is the only that is giving me a hard time. He stated that if send him pictures of what it’s doing then he’ll refund me the money and now that I sent him pictures he said they won’t and he tried to tell me to try another way in which I already have and now he saying that I’m going to be charged 20% restock fee and pay for shipping. NEVER AGAIN

I had high hopes for this but were quickly dashed. I’m giving this two stars. One of the cam bolts broke while using a screw driver to screw it in. The hinge screws were stripped very easily and wouldn’t screw in all the way. There was a missing hook and with the small amount of pressure 3 hooks broke in half. Instructions were for the most part easy to follow. It took two hours to put together. Tried to contact seller and was sent to Amazon customer service and then customer service stated I needed to contact the seller. Going to Home Depot to fix this myself. I would prefer my money back but doesn’t seem like I will get it
