Follow the instructions!
These pillows are fabulous and definitely serve their purpose. I can’t stress enough the importance of following the instructions. The pillows come in all sealed up and flat, but after throwing them in the dryer for a round, they came out wonderfully plushy and perfect! They work perfectly with the covers I got. Definitely order a size up from the pillow covers you get for maximum plushy-ness!

Great pillows
Definitely fluff in the dryer before you use them. Makes them fluff and you can use a scented dryer sheet like we did to have them smell good

Save your $$
I know these are inexpensive but they’re not even that. Lumpy, clumpy, impossible to get the filler evenly distributed. They are very flat even after putting them in the dryer to fluff & shaking the heck out of them. Very unsatisfactory

Fluff up great!
Inserts came vacuum-packed, but put them in the dryer (as suggested) and they were perfect! Definitely recommend. Got 20x20 inserts for 18x18 covers.

Disappointed
I ordered 20 x 20. The pillow cases were 20 x 20 but only filled to approximately 16 x 16. There is 2 inches on the top and 2 inches on the side that has no filling at all. Really flat too. Not good value.

Great value-pay attention to size recommendations!
Great value for the price! I was nervous about purchasing these, as some reviewers have talked about how they are flimsy and/or do not fill up the cases enough. Pay attention to the sizing recommendations. I purchased the 20x20 pillows for my 18x18 covers, fluffed the pillows in the dryer first (as recommended), and they fit and filled the covers perfectly! I can’t speak to the durability or weatherproofing yet, but will update later upon exposure to rain.

Love them !
LOVE these pillows! Fluffed up perfectly in the dryer and look great with our new set of patio furniture. Size up for your pillows. I bought 20x20 pillows and 18x18 covers and they look great!
