This is a new, highly technological, Cressi snorkel that has been designed specifically for deep fishing and free diving. The tube of the Corsica is characterised by the use of a new concept of special polymers that have excellent shape memory thus allowing the snorkel to bend against objects and then spring back into its original position. The mouthpiece in hypoallergenic silicone has been designed with a special anatomical shape that minimises any feeling of discomfort, even after prolonged use.

Simple flexible snorkel at a good price
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I recently took this snorkel with me on a week long vacation to St. Maarten and used it just about every day. I like that it can be rolled up and stuffed in a pocket when not in use. I also like the softness of the mouthpiece. The ridges didn't dig into my gums or mouth and I found it very comfortable even after more than an hour in the water. It does not have any unnecessary drain valves or caps. To purge the snorkel simply blow as hard as you can and water flies out the top. Simple.

Great freediving snorkel. Replace the clip if you want to keep it
Great freediving/spearfishing snorkel. Replace the clip if you want to keep it.Its flexible, low profile, and doesn't have any vents or closures to fail or hold air. However, in 4-5 freedive drops, I lost this snorkel twice, lucky enough to grab it on the way back up. I had it clipped to an Aqualung Micromask. When I got back to the boat, I scrubbed the bottom a little bit, and went to hop back on, and noticed it was gone again. After a few more dives, I found it in about 50' of water. If I was at a deeper site or over bluewater, it would've been gone for sure.Westcoast SH sells basically the same snorkel with a standard "8" shaped keeper - and that's what's on mine now.

Wont stay on the mask and you WILL lose it when free diving.
I purchased this because I wanted to keep my gear all Cressi, with that being said it was just ok, the BIG problem is the design of the retention clip on it. The clip simply doesn't work, I lost it once and had to recover it at depth and lost it a second time and lost it for good. If all you are doing is snorkeling this might work for you but any free diving you better plan on losing it.

Simple & Very comfortable easy use
It’s cheap it’s light it’s simple. It’s the perfect lenth and my favorite. I have a Cressi Alpha Ultra Dry for ocean use. But if you have still water this is my favorite. You can twist this like a pretzel so it’s easy to pack and it’s very light on my mask strap. And there’s no tiny holes or stoppers to clog or stick.

Good, simple, reliable
This is my backup snorkel. It is not a dry snorkel or even semi-dry. When you dive, the snorkel tube fills with water. When you surface, you have to blow the water out. For what it is, it's very well designed. The area of caution is the mouthpiece. Think it may be a better fit for smaller faces and juveniles.

The simplest design is the best
Simple with no silly anti splashback valve attachments. It's just a curved flexible tube with a comfortable mouthpiece. The tube isn't rigid so it will bend if it hits an obstacle. There's nothing to go wrong. Just use it and enjoy.

Good snorkel, but the keeper clip could be improved.
I was quite happy with this snorkel - sturdy construction but still flexible enough to not get caught on things. However, the clip-on style snorkel keeper is not as secure as the strap-on keeper that Cressi uses on the lower-cost Gringo snorkel. I used this for free diving and on my fourth or fifth ascent the clip popped off my mask and I lost the snorkel. I'll stick with the Gringo from now on.

Not a good fit
Looks nice, flexible, the mouthpiece would be perfect, it's soft but it doesn't line up with my mouth at all. I try the left side, the right side of my mask it doesn't matter. The Snorkle mouthpiece tends to want to position itself on the bridge of my nose. When I do hold it in my mouth it take "effort" to keep it from popping out and going up.

An excellent snorkel for spearfishing although I slightly prefer the (cheaper) basic Omer Zoom
Works very well for spearfishing. I recently tried out several snorkels for comparison. This one seems a little narrower/noisier than the Omer Zoom but the extra length helps keep out the water in light choppy conditions. It took about 20 minutes to get use to it but then it became as effortless as the Omer Zoom. It was noticeably better than an inexpensive large bore model tried. You feel the large moulded shapes beneath the mouthpiece with your lips when snorkeling, odd but not unpleasant.Clearing the snorkel & keeping it clear & quiet is a concern and this seemed to be a problem at first but once I had got used to the snorkel the problem seemed to disappear (on some snorkels it never goes), so I probably just needed to get used to clearing this (not too hard, not too soft).I used to look for soft bendy snorkels. But went off that after using a soft Beuchat Tubair Activa for several years and went back to 40 year old English-made Typhoon rubber snorkel, with soft rubber /silicone mouthpiece & bend and fairly stiff rubber pipe - it was the best snorkel I have come across until I lost it last year. This snorkel is bendy but in use I never noticed that, so they probably got the balance right :)An excellent spearfishing snorkel, comparable to the classic Omersub Zoom (basic, black, non-bendy). Its clip is better & simpler than the Zoom's but I slightly prefer the Zoom - although that might change. Being longer, this might also be a better snorkel for choppy conditions that the Zoom. And I have other snorkels yet to try, not least the Mares Dual. Decent value @ £8.99 inc. shipping - the basic Omersub Zoom can be bought cheaper if you shop around though.

Good after replacing parts
After replacing the mouthpiece and clip taken from an old Cressi Gringo snorkel, this one became usable. The problem with Cressi Corsica mouthpiece is that it has a round hole rather than flattened. It is difficult to seal the lips around it, at least not so easy than with Gringo. The clip keeps getting detached from the mask. I had to replace it with a robust 8 shaped silicone thing from Gringo. This snorkel is still better than those with valves, because it can be blown properly, so it stopped making bubbling noises, and because there are no valves to fail. The main pipe in this snorkel is better than that in Gringo, because it is bent and oval in crossection - less water resistance.

cool but still just a plastic tube
Not a bad simple snorkel but not really worth the money. The flexi plastic thing is a bit of a gimmick imho. I free dive and spear fish and the snorkel does the job ok. The mouth piece is tiny though and there always appears to be a little sea water that I can't blow out so that annoying gurgle bugs me. So, 3 stars because it's ok but you would do just as well with something cheaper (and less 'cool').

Big rubber straw to allow breathing under water... Magic!
A big fan of Cressi but only 3 stars as I believe it should be an inch longer and the clip needs to be a tighter grip.Other than that this little bad boy has saved me from dying on a regular occurrence! I have a habit when snorkeling that I always watch what's underneath me and don't come up for air... I just completely forget! This rubber straw just let's you breathe face down in water. Life saver.

Best snorkel Ive owned
Best snorkel Ive owned. Flexible in every direction, the mouth piece is soft silicone, so its a comfortable fit for long dives. basically indestructible product as the shaft is soft silcon which is malleable, the black silicon also means that the sun cannot damage it. A+++
