Is this safe to flush?

No! Only use it for decoration. It is super rough and clogged our friends toilet when it was flushed.

1 to 2 should be enough to cover the hood and trunk...

Very satisfied with the quality of the product. Not sure if the user will actually use it but it got a lot of laughs from the people attending the party. Product was received in a box which was also well decorated making the gift wrapping it more pleasant and well received. Hats off to the supplier.
