This is perfect for my spa business doing eyelash extentions and full body waxing. But you can use this for massages or tattoos as well. The arms push downward to easily get on. I had my husband install it. It took him about 30-45 minutes to put together. There weren't any instructions however so we YouTubed a video for instructions. I weigh 184 lbs at 5' 5 and my husband 210 at 6' 2" and it holds us very well. It doesn't wobble or shake or anything. I have had heavy set clients sit on it and although I don't know the weight, I am assuming this can hold up to 300 lbs just fine. This is very sturdy. It's great value and price is great compared to some other spa/medical bench chairs for this quality. You can attach a paper roll under at the bottom. The materiel of it makes very easily for sanitizing. I spray rubbing alcohol on it and it's held up very well.There are different levels to sit up or lady completely flat. This is very very heavy so it's stationed and not for travel incase anyone is wondering. Great purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve looked around for a good chair and good price ... this definitely fit my budget ... it didn’t come damaged and it was on time ... easy assemble EXCEPT ONE SPRING ... I’ve reached out the seller and never received a response ... don’t waste your time asking them how the spring connects to the bar ... I had to basically pry it open and clamp it back down after connecting to bar .... the other spring wouldn’t pry open to save my life ... smh ... ended up rigging itThe towel rack need to be placed somewhere else on the chair ... it’s not accessible if my client legs will be resting down ... I use it as a paper towel holderThe arms come off which is a perk for when I’m doing a tattoo and that arm could get in the way ... just pop it right offOverall great buy but 3 stars due to seller not replying, that one spring and the towel rack placement

Great bed for pmu artists , comfortable.

Honestly a pain to assemble. I instantly regretted the purchase.That spring that helps adjust the level of the head and level of the legs NEEDS TO BE EASIER!Assembly process needs to be much better.And the company who created this needs to come up with a better way.

easy to mount, very functional, came really fast... BUT, it was stained it 3 different places and it was a little bit disappointed because it is an expensive product and it is for work and it became damaged, i’m not gonna return it because I need it now but yeah it was damaged, it is still a good product people so i’m gonna recommend it.

Nice salon chair. Be careful because it tilts a bit when clients get up from the table position.
