Good product
The product is good but its too bulky and not able to handle my note 9's weight. It keeps hanging down but its very easy to use and convenient at times

The bottom part isn't super supportive.
So the bottom part that holds you're phone fell off the base holding it due to the weight of the phone, and it's too loose and the face of the phone faces down. You can't rotate it to face level so that you can easily view it.

Ok for some vehicles
Well...this product seems to be well constructed. However doesn't really fit all vehicles. Doesn't fit Hyundai Veloster or Kia Sportage, barely fits Ford Explorer. There is not alot of room above the rear view mirror to accommodate the legs of this product. If it fits your mirror I can see it being a good product but doesn't fit most vehicles as described....well at least not the 3 sitting in my driveway. I had to return this product.

Reliable
After using a CD Cellphone holder, it breaking and questioning its ruin of my player, I went a different route. In addition, if you don't have a place for or want to use a suction cup, up and above works and doesn't hinder my view.
