Let me star by saying, I was raised by my grandmother, who was a professional housekeeper for a wealthy family. As a kid, I would help her clean when on my summer breaks, and on weekends, so I know from cleaning silver. This is a beautiful set, and is heavier/sturdier that I was expecting. They are dishwasher safe. I have washed then twice. Once upon opening, and once for Christmas dinner. Lots of people say this and MANY of the other sets I researched rust or stain very easily. Well, yes and no. IF you don’t take them out of the dishwasher IMMEDIATELY, the water will oxidize a little. This may look like rust or a stain, and trust me I had a mini freak out at first. But a quick wipe down with a warm damp cloth will take it right off in seconds. I just used a paper towel. Based off that, if you take them out of the dishwasher while they are still a little wet, and dry them by hand, they will remain as beautiful as the day they arrived.

I wanted a real flatware set with pieces that actually matched for the first time in my adult life (I'm 24). I wasn't expecting to buy black but it looked cool and I figured I'd give it a shot.They are definitely black. They have a silverish sheen when the light hits them. They are very sturdy, they don't bend in awkward ways. My favorite part is that the forks have long tines (maybe that's weirdly specific, idk). I personally feel like the larger spoons are VERY large. I think you could appropriately refer to them as shovels. Everything feels pretty ergonomic and comfortable in your hand.They go in the dishwasher fine, but be wary that you will probably see little water spots. This is to be expected with something black so I don't mind. If I want to feel extra fancy I'll just give them a quick wipe down with a clean towel and they look perfect.

These are pretty good quality for the price. There's sturdy, don't bend easily. I haven't had any problems with them getting scratched with use. No rusting or discoloration. The rainbow colors are perfect!

The flatware is very pretty and has a decent weight to it. It fits nicely in the hands and easy to use. Very happy with the purchase. It arrived fast and in great condition.

Absolutely beautiful arrived a day early i love that each individual piece feels “heavy” They feel and look like expensive silverware but the pictures dont even do these justice i think they are prettier in person we got the iridescent colors the silverware however do seem just a bit larger then usual silverware sets
