Rechargeable Smart Kitchen Scale, Digital Food Scale with APP

I have used 4 scales since 2 years for carbs counting (diabetes) and baking recipes and this is the best scale so far. Two of them were Salter ones. What I like: I find it very accurate (more than the other ones I used), the numbers are easy to read and very bright and visible even with a big mixing bowl on it, it is so easy to clean with the one piece glass top, very user friendly and simple to set and use, and, last but not least, the scale is rechargeable with a USB cable and last for a long time. Since 30 days that I have and use the scale, I have used the scale every day, multiple times a day and didn't have to charge it yet (whereas with the Salter ones Ihad to change the batteries very often).

Bought to replace an old set of digital scales and very happy with the product. Battery lasts a long time and even when it runs out it’s easy to charge so no need to remember to buy batteries. A good size and nice and lightweight. When I told my wife they were smart scales I got the ‘why does everything you buy need to be smart’ talk but had a very satisfying moment when she needed to weigh something in a large bowl which covered the display. I opened my phone and showed her the weight on there. She now agrees smart scales were a good idea

I really appreciate that, by using the app, I can use my phone to see the weight reading when the scale's display is covered by a large plate/dish. The only reason for not giving a full five stars is because, unfortunately, their food database is annoyingly USA-centric, so I had to give up on using their app for food logging and now use a separate one. Overall I'm really pleased with my purchase. Being able to weigh in millilitres (including a separate one for millilitres of milk!) as well as grams, pounds and ounces is really useful and the ability to weigh to the half gram/milliliter is terrific. I have noticed that, if you pause for a few seconds after the initial reading shows, the weight can change - usually increasing by half to one gram. Most of the time that won't be a big issue, but do be aware of that if you need to have very precise measurements or are only weighing a very small amount. I'd also recommend not using the scales by an open window if it's breezy! The scales are so sensitive an air current passing over them can increase the weight reading. In terms of the battery life, I'm desperately trying to lose weight so am obsessively weighing every single ingredient for every single meal (including the milk for teas and coffees). That means the scales are probably in use for up to an hour or so every single day. At that usage level a charge last for seven to ten days, but will obviously last considerably longer if you're not using them as much as I am. Charging is fast and not relying on batteries keeps the profile of the scales so low that I'm able to store them in the dish rack next to the sink. That's extremely handy when you're using them as frequently as I am as digging them out of a draw a dozen times a day would drive me absolutely potty. And, just as a little added bonus, the girly pink and blue option that I chose still gladdens my heart :)

One thing always upsets me is how quick these digital scales turn off after “no use”. I want my scale to stay on whilst I’m cooking, I decide when it’s time to shut off. This one allows me to set the auto shutdown timer to 30min, which is enough to keep it on during a whole cooking session. On top of that, it looks really good and the Bluetooth feature which shows the scale on your phone screen is a nice plus.

On reading the mostly positive reviews I had high expectations however I am very disappointed. I use these scales everyday and despite me always switching them off each time they need recharging every other day which is not what I expected. My old battery operated set only needed new batteries every 6 weeks but I thought rechargeable would be more convenient but I was wrong . I have now ordered a new battery operated set of scales as I was fed up of trying to weigh things but couldn’t as they needed charging

Muy buena y muy precisa, te dice todos los macro nutrientes de manera precisa y cómoda. Una vez que vas pegando la comida desde el desayuno hasta la cena, te va haciendo un balance cada día de las calorías que metes en el cuerpo distribuidas en carbohidratos, grasas y proteína. Si quieres llevar una dieta estricta para controlar el peso o proponerte unos objetivos, es muy buena. Junto con la báscula de baño de la misma marca es el complemento ideal para conseguir objetivos.

Je cherchais une balance qui permette de calculer les calories, et les autres, protéines, & co pour démarrer ma sèche, car je n'avais plus de balance qui me permettait d'avoir la précision de mes menus. Elle fait absolument bien le travail, l'application et super intéressante, une fois bien configurer, on voit en temps réel l'ingrédient que l'on pose sur la balance avec les propriétés qui s'affichent en temps réel sur l'application, avec le taux de gras, glucide et le reste. Absolument parfait. Il faut au préalable rentrer le type d'aliment que l'on pose sur la balance pour que cela soit effectif. - On peut configurer notre gabarit, si on veut une sèche, un maintient ou une prise de masse ect.. Ce qui après les calculs vous donne votre apport, et ce, dont vous avez besoin au quotidien. - Vous avez la possibilité de créer vos menues, par jours, semaine, en gérant petit-dej, dej, collation et autres, ce qui vous permet de créer aussi des plannings dans un agenda pour savoir à quel moment vous avez envie de manger tel ou tel chose, très bien complet. - Possibilité de scanner les codes-barres de vos aliments (s'ils ne possèdent pas de QR code), pour avoir de meilleures précisions dans ce que vous mangez, si vous souhaitez rester sur les mêmes marques ect ect..; ce qui est un gros plus quand on veut calculer à la calorie, nos aliments. Elle permet de mesurer à peu près tout. Pour son prix, je recommande énormément la balance qui est un vrai plus si vous cherchez de la précision. Un des plus et qu'elle est sans pile, se recharge via USB.

Ich nutze diese digitale Küchenwaage inzwischen regelmäßig im Küchenalltag und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Waage ist solide verarbeitet, steht stabil und lässt sich intuitiv bedienen. Nach meinem Kenntnisstand arbeitet sie mit einer Abstufung von 5 g (bitte korrigieren, falls modellabhängig), was für meine Anwendungen völlig ausreichend ist. Ungenauigkeiten konnte ich bislang nicht feststellen – die Messergebnisse sind reproduzierbar und wirken zuverlässig, auch bei häufigem Einsatz. Die App-Anbindung ist ein nettes Zusatzfeature, das vor allem dann Sinn ergibt, wenn man Rezepte oder Mengen dokumentieren möchte. Sie ist kein Muss, aber eine sinnvolle Ergänzung, wenn man sie nutzen möchte. Zur Akkulaufzeit: Ich kann keine exakte Zeitangabe machen, aber subjektiv hält der Akku recht lange durch. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Waage sehr schnell wieder aufgeladen ist, was im Alltag praktisch ist. Man muss sich also keine Gedanken machen, wenn man sie zwischendurch nachlädt. Insgesamt macht die Waage einen zuverlässigen und alltagstauglichen Eindruck. Für den Preis bekommt man eine funktionale Küchenwaage mit modernen Extras, die tut, was sie soll. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
