Yes all the logs should be approximately 8" in length and between 2 - 3 inches thick. Each box will contain between 18 and 22 pieces.

Can you saw the wood for smaller pieces?

Yes you can cut them. They are approx. 10 inches in length. They were packaged as 2 stacks side by side in length in the shipping box. I was actually expecting them to be longer. We used them as starter logs in our Solo Stove Wood Burning Fire Pit.
