I wasn't sure what the quality of the head would be, but it's great. I actually think it picks up better than the original, plus it has the bonus of a light.

Took a gamble on this as the head I wanted was out of stock/ prob discontinued with Vax. Mine is a blade 2 Max and it works perfectly. Very pleased it saved me from scrapping the vacuum and buying a new one 😀 arrived next day too. Perfect!

I brought this as a replacement head for my vax. The quality of this part seems good. The head is a little stiff to fit but I rarely remove the head so not an issue.This head I'd say is better than the original head that came with the hoover. Let's start with the good points. The brush bar is way easier to clean that the previous, sometime I was worried about as it didn't seem to have as much brush to it, however things rarely get jammed in it. The head has a lot better lights on them than the original and though it looks larger this is only a benefit to me.However it does have some issues, it is hard to clean because you can't get inside the top of the hoover where all the dirt hits, the part isn't that durable as the rubber around the lighting on the front has started to come away. As an unoriginal part it doesn't actually lie flat to the floor because of the connecting part shape being tilted, when I use it I have to pull to the right at times to get it to lie flat to the floor otherwise I miss bits.Despite these issues, it cost less than the original and lasted longer so I just deal with it for the price but I would have liked to have known when I brought it.

This fits my vax blade 4 pet model. This is a good replacement to avoid spending a lot of money on branded head or new hoover. The suction isn’t as strong and the swivel function is more limited but it does the job. Plus sides - there is a light on the front and a small button on the side to take the brush out and remove hair. Overall I am impressed and would recommend it.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Needed a new motorised head for my Vax cleaner as the original after three+ years of hard work had given up the ghost … found this one online … better than the original.Good value for money , light weight and has a light to find extra dust you never knew you had !!

Why did you choose this product over others?:Unfortunately iv had to return it , The brush head only rotates on turbo mode and not normal mode . It also caused the motor on my vax blade 2 to get hot very quickly. Suction is poor too .
