What's to say really, rats don't like new things, I set up my boxes loaded with bait, after 2 week's I am pleased to report, they have been visiting and taking the bait, so yes I am pleased with my purchase

Not the most pleasant item I have ever bought.
To be honest, no idea if it works or not, we baited it and bait disappeared but no evidence of it doing its job.Very unstable, easily knocked over, which means you have to worry about the poison being spread and affecting other animals than the rodent we really want to eradicate.Overall, I wouldn't recommend. There has to be better on the market.

It takes time for them to work, be patient!
I like the fact that they are safe for other animals. You have to use gloves to set them up to avoid getting human scent on them. Put them round the side of rooms of garages as rat run close to walls. Rats need to get used to them being there for a time before using them. Have patience!
