Good and simple
This is a very easy product to use. It sets up quick and easy. After I set it up it was showing the connection as weak but after waiting a few minutes it was showing strong and working perfectly. No complaints so far with this product!

G2 Hub; TTLock Grateway
This little device works great, but the instructions are not 100 per cent clear on the installation process. I got there through my own knowledge and prior experience and not due to their instructions. Performance has been perfect but I do not recommend this for a novice.

Does NOT work with Google Home
The gateway was a very simple and easy installation that connected to my locks with no issues. I just wish it could connect to Google Home. Then it would be a 5star review.

Good Interface for Door Lock
I ordered an entrance door lock that is electronic and it worked very nicely, but I wanted to incorporate it into my home control. Well, it needed this gateway for "TT" locks to interface with my home control. This is WiFi connected to my home control and Bluetooth connected to the door lock. Easy to install. (used a recepticle that was a few feet from the door) You use an app to program the WiFi access and connect and setup the lock functions. I now have control of the lock from my home control system.

Eats batteries in keyless entry-updated 6/2/23
Update: I found out that the batteries were going dead so quickly because the deadbolt wasn’t always seating properly. This was causing the system to keep trying to lock the door over and over. I haven’t had it fixed yet but once it is I will start using this gateway again.I did a lot of research before buying this and never saw anywhere that it would devour batteries in just a few days making it unaffordable and not practical to use.I bought this WiFi gateway to use with the Geonfino keyless entry installed in a vacation rental condo I manage. We used the keyless entry with Bluetooth and the TTLOCK App for a few months prior and everything worked well. The only reason I bought the gateway was to be able to remotely open the door instead of having to drive to the condo to open it in person if someone couldn’t get in.I had the Gateway for 2 months before I could get it set up but the installation was easy and it worked very nicely. The day after I installed it, I got to test the remote unlock feature from 7 miles away when my renter couldn’t get the door unlocked. I was so excited when it worked! That day I got a battery notification saying it was at 70%. The renter who was staying there had to enter their code multiple times each time they wanted to unlock the door. It was the first time this type of issue happened. The whole time we used the keyless entry before the gateway was installed this never happened. Two days later I got another battery message, this time they were at 30%. I brought a key to the renter so they wouldn’t have to worry about getting locked out. The next day the batteries were at 0%. It took the gateway less than a week to fully drain the batteries!!I love the concept of the gateway and I was very excited to have the capability it offered but there is no way I can afford to change out batteries weekly. Unfortunately this purchase was a complete waste of 40 something dollars. I am so disappointed that it’s not useable and upset that I am out the money!

You can't have all lock features without it
It is plain and simple gateway for the TTL compatible smart locks. Is it worth it? Depends. For example being disabled veteran with memory problems, who forgets that there guests coming in and you are out of the houses, or constantly losing keys, it is useful (you can remotely lock and unlock the doors). Alexa capability though is total #$%@. I bought two locks for one door, thinking I could synchronize them to one action opening (both locks to be opened with one action). Not so fast. - Alexa keeps saying it can't ipen groups of locks yet. Furthermore with the single lock, Alexa worked just fine (voice lock unlock). With two locks - it got completely confused and totally forgot I have two ttl compatible smartocks. Overall I do recommend it if you are just poor schmuck like me, but not to anyone working for government agencies. Why? While it is overall good product and the locks, it is Chinese company that requires compromise of some basic info for TTL app. Thus it is high threat security issue. But if you are just like me, I guess it is safe. US competitors have better smart locks, but their prices made it unattainable for me to buy.

I’m enjoying the WiFi gateway. It’s simple and easy to set-up.
I love the Wi-Fi gateway at first I couldn’t figure it out and it kept saying not a strong connection, but my wi-if connection was excellent. I moved the gateway to a different corner of the house and now it’s says strong connection. I’m able to unlock my door at anytime. I receive notifications after each use as well. I’d recommend this product to everyone. Who doesn’t love controlling products and gadgets right from your phone these days.
