Extremely fast shipping, so SO beautiful, all ten of them, so very soft, wonderful stitching, no issues, wrapped very securely. I was able to wash five at a time and I did add white vinegar an regular table salt to my machine for fading and holding bold colors. No issues, no color in water, did not lose any of the colors, I am over the moon happy with these ten thin blankets, coverlets, I will be ordering more, the colors just make me so happy to look at them really.Pros, design, colorful, warm or cool you pick, acceptable for any season really, many uses, they washed up beautifully, they are functional in any room, and they are durable. I did dry in dryer with low heat setting for shrinkage, with 5 dryer balls, I do not use fabric sheets any longer. I do believe the ten pack is the most cost effective. After reading the other reviews, i was hesitant about ordering these quilts. The pictures looked nice but a lot of reviewers commented about the smell. I decided to give them a shot since Amazon provided Free Returns for this item. Im sure glad I did. Since they were on sale, I got them for less than a cheap quilt.Kantha:I assumed Kantha was a type of stitch but I went ahead and googled it, just to be sure. This is where I learned that Kantha quilts are made from recycled saris. It seems some reviewers were buying based on the pics and not description because one reviewer said the quilts looked used. Of course they will look somewhat used if they are being recycled or as some call it "upcycled". But let me assure you that, although the colors were a bit muted, my quilts did not look like hand-me downs. The fabric did not have any holes or fuzzies all over them like used clothes do. Im sure the seller chooses only the best used saris they can find. So, just be sure you know what you are buying before writing your review.Smell:Let's address this one, as well, since it was one of the major concerns of most reviewers. To be honest, the way other reviewers were describing the smell, I assumed these quilts were going to smell like a mixture of the sari owner's scent. Again, let me assure you that they DO NOT smell like I assumed. I was pleasantly surprised that the only scent I could get off of them was more of a chemical one. It was definitely not strong or extremely unpleasant like others describe. Could the seller have made adjustments from the time the others wrote their reviews to the time I got my quilts? Possibly! Maybe they listened the the complaints and adjusted the smell. Who knows? All i know is that, in the past, I have purchased foam mattresses with a stronger chemical smell than this. A smell that needed to be aired out. These quilts do have a scent but its not a very strong one. Not enough to THINK it wouldn't wear off in the wash. Of course, I wash EVERY fabric that comes into my house before I use it, anyways. So, the scent COULD possibly bother you if you're the type of person that wants to use the items right out of the package. Otherwise, please dont let the other reviews, about scent, deter you from buying these quilts. I am definitely keeping mine. They are in my laundry room waiting to be washed.Stitch:Let's also talk about the stitch. Can you see some of the hand-sewn stitching pop up? Yes! You can see what Im referring to, in my pics. Does it lead me to believe that they will unravel easily? No! The stitching feels tight and strong. Of course, there has to be an end to the stitch. Could they do a better job of hiding the end? Probably, but it doesn't look bad the way it currently is. In my opinion, it adds to the charm that these are HAND-stitched. For this being a hand-stitched quilt i would say they did a pretty darn good job. I did see some of the sari ends showing through (i.e. unraveling ends of the sari). But, like i said, the stitching is tight and strong so im not worried about these actually becoming unraveled. They just look like the ends of the fabric that got overlooked when getting cut.I havent washed these so i haven't gotten a chance to put them up against a twin mattress. But i got these specifically for my kiddos to use during summer. They needed something lightweight to keep them warm but not hot. I am hoping these work for that. By the touch of the fabric, i do believe they will work. They also look to be the right size for a twin bed. Once we start using them i will know for sure.Overall, i am more than satisfied with my purchase; especially because i got these on sale and they are of good quality. I would definitely buy these again and will consider getting more as gifts. I think they would look cute as throw blankets on a sofa. Would recommend you get your own to find out.

If you are looking for a big, fluffy, thick blanket.....these aren't the blankets you're looking for. Move along. Move along. *star wars referenceThese are amazing, beautiful, handcrafted, simple blankets that have so many applications in a home with pets (and people who love a light weight blanket)! I use them on my bed over my duvet. I use them on my couch to help minimize the pet hair. I use them to cover up while watching tv. I use them to take with me to petsitting visits bc they are easily packable. I have one in my car just in case. I LOVE THEM!!They are easy to clean....no big, bulky blanket to wash because your dog got it all stinky. They are soft. Most of all they are beautiful! And I think my favorite part of these is that YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET!! I love the "grab bag" aspect of it! There hasn't been a single design that I didn't like. I want to buy more just to open them to see what colors I get.Again, these are lightweight blankets, so if you are looking for something to keep you warm on an Arctic night, this ain't it. Although if you layer a couple, they will keep you warm enough. But if you are looking for lightweight, easy to clean, care for and throw around, these are for you!

If you’re deciding if you want to buy these or not, BUY THEM!! This might be one of the most fun purchases I’ve made on Amazon. The quality of the quilts I got is so good. The colors are so vibrant and lovely. And it was a lot of fun to open my box, unfold each quilt and see which colors I got :D They are so light and soft. I intended on using some to create bags and purses and maybe a jacket for myself. But I’m going to have a hard time cutting into them haha! They are gorgeous. I am going to buy more so I don’t feel bad cutting some for sewing projects. They also included a sweet little free gift. No regrets here!

I loved these! They were cotton and beautiful. The only thing is that 3 of the 5 were red and yellow, not my favorite colors, so that's why the 4 star review. I wish I had received more variety in color but at least I didn't get any swastikas (even though I know it is not a hate symbol in India). They did not smell musty or moldy. If I could choose the colors I would order more but I don't want to risk more yellow and red.
