Had to test it first
Great to put on a table. The downside is how fast it burns through small tanks. Not complaining when you're cold is a plus though. Puts out some heat. Easy to assembly and good value. Will be buying another one.

Great for a patio table
Really nice heater for the price. Assembly was easy. You'll need a Phillips screwdriver and adjustable wrench. Threading the 1 lb propane can onto the valve is a little awkward since it's tough to see with only a small cutout in the housing for visibility. I've recently upgraded to a refillable 5-pound tank that fits nicely under the table. The supply hose runs up through the umbrella hole. This lights automatically when you turn it on, and puts out quite a bit of heat even on a medium-ish setting. It's perfect for my round four-seat patio table. A full-height seven-foot heater would have very little clearance under my patio cover. This size is perfect. It's a tabletop heater, so as the name implies, it heats an area a little larger than a round patio table. If you buy this portable tabletop heater expecting to heat a wide area, there's a good chance you'll be disappointed.Really pleased with this purchase.

Nice table top heater
Lots of heat - works well on my patio table and is the right height

Nice little table heater
We bought these because we needed a heater that can be used under a pop-up canopy. Your standard full-sized heater is as tall as a canopy and thus not suitable. These put out about 1/4 the heat but they sit only two feet high so you are much closer them. There are other models that are 3 feet high but I thought they may be less stable in a strong breeze. My guests loved sitting at the tables with these lamps and the only caveat is that you have to turn the lamp over to change the propane bottle. It was a bit tricky to get the bottle to screw in with limited light. The bottles themselves lasted approximately two hours at the high setting.

So far so good.
After buying 5 electric outdoor heaters over the last 2 years and having them burn up right after the return policy expires, I bought this outdoor propane heater from Cuisinart. So far, it has worked great. My patio is small so it's the right size. If you want to heat a large area, this isn't the heater for you. But I'm happy with it.

Clear concise assembly instructions
All hardware is included in well marked packaging(amount of screws sent and required are +1 No extra spacers or M5 nuts for reflector)Pictorial details in EnglishExtremely simple to assembleAll you need to provide is a #2 Phillips head for screws and small crescent wrench to tighten Reflector spacers.'' Made first test burn on high setting to remove any metal oils from shipping. When Emitter screen turns cherry red you're almost there. Let it continue to burn on high for around 30-45 min.s until smell goes away. That should only happen once during initial burn.Propane really does not have any noticeable odor when combusted, I use it every day on range top and only smell food cooking.Safety First Top burner area gets very HOT! Use caution don't move after shutdown for about 30-45 min. Good heft in weight, sturdy base, feels well made, should last a while! ''

Broken after 5 uses, and less than a month of owning.
This worked great exactly 5 times.. I kept it on each time for less than 10 minutes. The 6th time, it lights up just fine, but when I let go of the knob, it goes out, and stays out, no matter what. I can follow the instructions and leave the knob pressed in for 30 seconds, or 45 seconds, or 60 seconds... and as soon as I let go for adjustment, it just goes out. This is with a full 20 gallon propane tank. This thing was great for my gazebo exactly 5 times. Now its useless.
